Stayed at the Coach House to attend a family wedding at a venue which was in close proximity. The rooms were large, very comfy superking beds and great quality bed linen and towels in bathroom. Lots of goodies and provisions in room with tea and coffee provided. The guest lounge area was very comfortable and we could meet here before leaving for the evening. The breakfast was excellent, we had full cooked but there were lots of yoghurt, juice, cereals on offer. Beverly was an excellent host and gave us lots of tips of things to do and see. A real home away from home.

Nothing to dislike.

Stayed a couple of nights whilst down watching motor racing at Donnington Park. Situated just 5k from the circuit this was an ideal location. Lovely friendly host, great breakfast with well stocked complementary fridge. Location superb for a couple of drinks and a bite to eat in the evening - nice pubs with good beers. Supermarket right next door for 'supplies'. Everything you need within walking distance. Room was clean and comfortable. Every possible extra included, from a lounge to relax in, with magazines, TV etc. Room well stocked with tea/coffee/hot chocolate, toiletries etc. Loads of information packs and leaflets should you want to explore the area. A real credit to the owner and would definitely stay here again and would recommend.

TV a bit small in bedroom - but if I'm honest, I'm clutching at straws. I have nothing negative to say. I'm only really typing here as the review wants "two or three sentences". All positive from me.

The most wonderful, welcoming host! Homely BnB in a great location. Easy walk to restaurants. Melbourne is beautiful and friendly town. Close to Donington Circuit too. If you want modern newly renovated accommodation than this isn’t what you get. What you do get is a homely and charming stay in a carefully maintained period home.

Car parking is a bit tight but it was no issue.

Breakfast was a lot better than many I've had at smarter/more expensive hotels. There was a wide range of fruits/yoghurts/cereals /drinks- all set out for a very easy self service. The cooked options were fresh & well cooked, quickly served & with top ups as required of coffee/toast etc. Could'nt fault it. It was all the small touches that made this such a good stay - the extra big bath towels, a make-up mirror, tea tray with chocolate biscuits & shortbread ( & decent coffee),a lounge with magazines, tissues & cotton wool buds - all make such a difference. The landlady Beverley was very friendly & helpful.

The only thing that I could criticise in the house would be the rather small bathroom , but even so it was adequate for our two night stay. As there was only space for 2 cars we parked on the overcrowded high street which was not easy.

Everything was excellent from the very friendly welcome, nice atmosphere,, clean and well supplied room, very comfortable bed and the breakfast. I travelled for business, but would certainly go back for leisure.

Very well-presented facilities with generous provision of bathroom and tea-making supplies. Everywhere clean, with comfortable beds and high-quality linen. Breakfast excellent and host extremely friendly and helpful.

Parking in smallish rear carpark could have been difficult, but host provided prior advice on reversing in and was physically there to help guide into parking place.

Excellent room and breakfast. Beverley was very friendly and helpful. Melbourne itself, and in particular the manor and 'The Pool' (a large lake within walking distance of the Coach House) very good.

Parking is free but slightly awkward. Stairs to 3 of 4 rooms fairly steep.

The owner, Beverley, is very friendly and welcoming and always happy to help (and she makes a good breakfast too!). The room was very pleasant and clean and the bed was super comfortable. Lots of nice little touches in the room too. There’s a Sainsbury’s literally 30 seconds up the road one way and a two minute walk to eateries the other way. The drive to Donington race circuit was easy and took all of 5 minutes, and the airport is a few minutes beyond that.

Very friendly and accommodating host. The rooms are clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Good hot drink selection with biscuits. Delicious breakfast cooked to perfection. Nearby shops and restaurants.

The on-site parking is quite limited, but free overnight street parking available.

The property was close to the town The room was setup well The host was amazing Looked after you. The bedroom was clean. The room had everything and more to create a comfortable stay.

The bathroom needs some attention. In the shower Black mould around the shower tray.
