Great location close to the T, getting around was easy! Some good eating choices in walking distance and a nice park close by. Excellent and attentive staff, very friendly. Special shout out to the ladies of the front desk, the breakfast staff and the cleaning crew. Very nice, clean room. Lots of choice for breakfast. Love the maple smoked sasuage! Would definately stay here again. Highly recommend!

We like our pillows to have more plump. The ones in our room were pretty flat.

This is the perfect place to stay when visiting Boston. Walk outside, and the T is there. Two stops on the green line, and you are at TDGarden for a game or concert. The price is also great for Boston. You get breakfast, and they do have free on-site parking in a garage below the hotel if you check in early enough.

Limited parking with very tight spots and difficult to turn around at the end of the lot on the lowest floor. It is very narrow to drive through the garage if you have a large truck or SUV, use caution.

I did not use the parking and I’ve read the spots are very tight. The breakfast was good. It was a hot breakfast each day with a large variety. The hotel is in walking distance to the Green Line of the train.

We never could get CNN on the TV. We asked the front desk to fix that, but it never was done. I also didn’t like the fact that there was no maid service. By the time we left, trash cans were overflowing. The towels were very rough.

Convenience to the T in Boston, onsight parking.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like, only thing I would like to suggest is having milk alternatives, like oatmilk, almond or soy milk.

Location was great for our short trip. We were able to walk to the Lexington for an amazing dinner. We had a great night's sleep in our clean and very comfortable room. Breakfast was really good and was a great start for our day

Excellent location. Minutes to the train station then few stop to the heart of Boston. Very convenient. Staff is very polite and well responded. Parking is secured and enough capacity. Completely renovated super clean room. There was nothing I can complain. Note that breakfast is nothing special just typical Hampton inn.
