Raphael is an absolute gem of a hostess—warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The rooms exude style and comfort, and the bed was pure bliss. On top of that, the B&B is perfectly located, making it an ideal spot for exploring the area. And let’s not forget the breakfast—absolutely marvellous, a true delight to start the day! It's a shame we could only stay for one night, but we will definitely be back to this hidden treasure!

A very cosy space with nice bed linen , very friendly and helpful accommodating host. Was happy to supply extra coffee pods on request and just generally chatty and friendly.

The fridge wasn't switched on when we arrived which would have been good as we did have chilled food, but probably just an oversight. It is up 4 flights of stairs, the name The Loft is the give away here. Not a problem for us but may affect others. There are other accommodation lower down.

Raphaelle was an excellent host at her B&B. She was very personable and provided good tips for local places to see. Our room was at the very top of the stairs so it was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast she prepared for us was delicious. We would definitely recommend staying with Raphaelle.

Very good location to the city center and other useful buildings to us. Very friendly and helpful hostess. Room cleaned daily. WiFi in the room. Coffee/tea machine in the room (the short manual to it would be helpful).

I would change the toilet brush, it is too short in it's holder. No hand soup in the bathroom, asked to provide, and I got it, but next day after cleaning it disappeared again, maybe the cleaning lady did not know that I was using it, so I started to use shampoo in this small bottle instead. Struggled to open the front door at the first time, Would be helpful to add PUSH sign on the door.

The studio under the roof is very spacious, i.e. it's a big one room apartment with kitchenette and "chill out corner". Good value for the money. Comfy beds, very small balcony. Nice & uncomplicated Landlady. Check-in was personal and very smooth. Close to the river/canal Leie. Generally clam, but the bar "Het paleitje" around the corner can get quit noisy at week-ends (after 11 pm, it was quiet).

Although still in walking distance, I did not find restaurants with good reviews around the B'n'B (therre are lots of bars/restaurants to choose from around Grote Markt). As it is under the roof, I might get very hot in the summer (was not an issue when I stayed there in late May).

The hostess Raphael is a very pleasant surprise. She's unbelievably warm, welcoming, and helpful. It's quite clear that she takes pride in what she does, and it reflects in the beautiful decor, cleanliness, and personal touches. It felt like we stayed at a family member's place. Would definitely stay there again next time we're in Kortrijk.

Comfortable, clean room and a very joyous host! We enjoyed the feeling of a home, instead of a typical hotel. We recommend this B&B for your stay in Kortrijk.

The host was so great! She was very welcoming and was there for anything I needed. Breakfast was an absolute treat as well, it was home cooked food that was well worth it. Very nice selection as well. I stayed in the loft and it was very cool, nice new updates throughout, small kitchenette, and very nice shower. The bed was very comfortable as well! I would highly recommend staying here!
