This is an excellent location - really convenient for both the Eurostar station and also for a base to explore the town - highly recommend if you are travelling with children as so simple to just walk up from the International station, also extremely convenient for the shops in Westfield. There is a mini bar fridge in the room which we used to store our own drinks, also there is a fan and an extra duvet if there are any weather extremes. Overall the room is fairly basic but if you need a convenient and easy base for Lille then this is a great option. The staff were incredibly helpful at the main desk and they also stored our luggage for us on our last day so we could walk around the town without it.

This isn't a glamorous hotel! If you are looking for somewhere fancy to stay then this probably isn't it, however as I have said, it is a really convenient location!

The location was fabulous - a couple of minutes walk from Lille Europe Station and probably the same to Lille Flanders. The hotel was warm and comfortable and close to shops and places to eat. The room was quiet despite facing a main road. For me, the fact that the hotel welcomed my two rescue cats (a supplement of Euro 10 per cat per night payable) was a huge advantage for me. We had been travelling all day from Athens via Paris CDG then by train to Lille and were cold, damp and tired. It was lovely to relax in this welcoming hotel! There was even a minibar in the room plus kettle and cups (although bring your own coffee/tea and milk/sugar.

It was all good - and so welcome at the end of a very long day!

It was a pleasant surprise that there was a kettle and 2 mugs in the room and that a buffet breakfast was available. I hadn't found any mention of these items until we arrived. The location was excellent close to Lille Europe station for Eurostar, and Lille Flanders and metro and buses to everywhere. All easy to access once you find out how to buy tickets.

The weather was very hot and the room was habitable only with curtains closed and the window shut. No air-con, but a portable fan saved us. Hopefully the air-conditioning being installed in public areas will include the rooms.

Location is unbeatable! Right in the middle of the city, close to everything. It is clean and well-maintained with nice reception staff. There is an excellent coffee machine in the breakfast area that can be used anytime. This whole area is very light with huge windows, and a good view on the street. The guests can eat their own lunch/ dinner there, although they have to bring their own plates and utensils. It is mostly empty after breakfast.

The cleaning personnel were very noisy the one of the two mornings I was there, and it went on for hours. There was also another type of noise that morning, something that sounded like a repair of some sort in the building.

Affordable and comfortable accommodation near the main train station and a 10 minute walk to the main square. Plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Friendly staff. Despite what some of the reviews say, I found the entrance to the parking easy to find as the instructions provided by the hotel were good. The entrance is however quite tight, so be careful as you drive in, especially if you have a big car. I would stay here again.

I don’t recommend paying for breakfast, if it isn’t already included. There’s a Starbucks in the shopping centre next to the hotel where you’ll get better value. The scrambled eggs were awful.

Location is ideal for travel, it's right downtown between the two main stations, each only a minute's walk away. Also there is a huge shopping mall in the same building, and the main square is only a 5 or 10 minute walk away. Rooms were cleaned daily and nicely appointed.

The neighborhood is not all that beautiful. Lots of glass and travellers - commuters and tourists. Lots of concrete. I would have liked an actual bar/lounge in the hotel to relax for apertifs before dinner or digestifs after. In winter, the heating is not adjustable to the liking of guests. They offered us a space heater, but they don't have enough for every room, and every room is cold.

The most important things of a hotel were fine. Bed is firm, nice warm shower, clean, room was not to small, located walking distance of the city center and trainstation. Breakfast was basic but good.

Parking location is terrible. You need to navigate to the specific address of this private parking or you will end up with your car in the wrong parking lot or at a pedestrian area at the station and a mall. Stay alert for the parking machine to enter your hotel parking code at the beginning of the entrance that is a narrow steep slope downwards or you will get stuck in front of the closed gate. Also when you are in, you need to enter the code again to open a barrier and then again you need to get through a gate to the private hotel part.

My recent stay at Hotel Lille Europe — Euralille was overall enjoyable, with a few minor drawbacks. The hotel’s location is unbeatable — just steps away from Lille Europe and Lille Flandres train stations, making it perfect for travelers arriving by train. It’s also adjacent to the Euralille shopping center and within a 10-minute walk of Lille’s historic Old Town, providing both convenience and access to a variety of attractions. The room was clean and well-maintained, and cleanliness is always a priority for me. I would rate it a solid 9/10. The bedding was comfortable, the floors spotless, and the bathroom was fresh and tidy, which definitely made the stay more pleasant. The soundproofing was effective, ensuring a peaceful night despite the busy area. However, the heater in the room didn't work properly, leaving the space a bit cold, which was disappointing given the chilly weather outside. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. It was excellent, offering a wide range of options, including fresh pastries, bread, fruit, cereals, and hot dishes. The quality and variety exceeded my expectations for a hotel in this price range. The breakfast room was bright and inviting, with attentive staff ensuring everything was replenished promptly. The hotel staff were courteous and helpful throughout my stay, providing local recommendations and assisting with any inquiries. The check-in and check-out processes were quick and efficient. Overall, Hotel Lille Europe offers fantastic value for its prime location, friendly service, and excellent breakfast. If the heating issue in the room is addressed, it would make for an even more comfortable stay. I’d recommend this hotel to travelers looking for a convenient and affordable base in Lille.

The room was exactly as pictured. It was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed. The location is excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is right between the two main train stations, making it an excellent spot for those who are city hopping. It within easy walking distance to the Old Town and the metro, trams and buses are just minutes away, making it easy to reach tourist attractions further afield.

I wish the room had a security box (in any case, I didn't experience any issues, but I like to have peace of mind) Additionally, I chose not to include breakfast as I thought it was pricey for what was on offer. It could have been phenomenal, I will never know. But Lille is in France: it is possible to buy a delicious croissant pretty much anywhere.

Stayed again on my way home. Nice welcoming and helpful reception team as last time. Breakfast with a view was fresh and varied continental style with friendly host. Found the location great again as 10 mins walk to the old part of town which was more impressive and extensive than I anticipated ... and 5 mins walk to the Eurostar stn. Left luggage option .... free on my last day, effectively allowed me another full day to see more of the sights. Highly recommend

Getting in and out of the bath to shower was quite an effort as nothing to hold on to and slippery wet floor afterwards ... unavoidable with the shower head, made it quite dangerous getting back out. I would recommend at least a grab bar for safety reason
