Well, well, well... I haven't written the words I'm writing now for a long time. Let me start by saying that this hotel is wonderful and the rooms are large, spacious (be sure to get a room with a balcony), the beds are comfortable, the blankets are fluffy and cozy, the pillows are super soft. The breakfast is fantastically varied and delicious. And the next day there are new options. The only complaint is the quality of the coffee - hey, hotel bosses, go to the Circle K gas station and buy coffee there and it's 2x better than what's offered at the hotel. Why when everything else is so great? Throw your coffee machines out the window and buy the same ones as theirs. With the same coffee beans. I wasn't the only one who was upset about this. I saw and heard several people complaining. Let's continue with the positive - the water park is great. Everything is great, the only wish would be that there could be at least one pool where the water is not 30+ degrees, but, for example, 26 degrees. That would be pleasantly refreshing on a hot day. Kudos to the staff too - fast, polite, efficient and most importantly - their smiles were genuine, not fake. The hotel administration is clearly on the right track and it is worth flying here from thousands of kilometers away.

The only thing that got on my nerves was the construction, which was going on essentially 100m from the room balcony, but that's not a complaint, just an unavoidable inconvenience. You're making this hotel even better, understandable. I'll definitely come back with my wife and then for a longer period.... but after the new part of the hotel opens.

Hotel Bania is exceptionally beautiful place. It is very special place, superb design, great SPA, nice facilities for snowboard storage. Superb food. Food was fantastic, life music, bar, slopes….all just brilliant!

Double beds, are not truly double beds but 2 single mattresses put together. Not too comfortable unfortunately. Very low on cosmetics in a room, only shower gel/shampoo combo. It would be great to have like in any other hotels shower gel, shampoo and conditioner under the shower. No lotion either. The hotel has got own cosmetic line in spa, but only one product is available in rooms. Very small shower head. Disappointingly basic shower for this class of the hotel and price tag.

Breakfast was great, probably it was one of the best hotel breakfasts that I had. The room was good with few exceptions below. Ability to go from your room directly to Termy in the flip flops was great. Underground parking (two levels) is available.

Dancing music was heard till 02:00 AM. I beleive it was a music from the club. My room was on 2-nd floor and I could hear still it. It would be great to have some body lotion in the room, as only shapoo/showel gel 2-in-1 was present. WiFi was poor. Underground parking is for the fee - 50 PLN.

Overall it was great, if you have kids this is the place for you! the ski, the thermal pools are on site super comfortable. the kids staff is superb, with tons of activities for the kids (movie everynight with free popcorn for example) the best hotel in the area (its a 4 star hotel so dont expect 5 star service)

So basically there were 3 things that bother us lets start with the basic internet connection is really poor (no idea but u cant even play youtube on the tv) second thing that worth mentioning is parking space, we came with a car it was impossible to find parking close to the hotel and lastly they should better control on the day pass they selling, some of the days they just over booked the thermal pools it was horrible you could barely move took forever to enjoy the basic things i would suggest they limit it better.

Very comfortable hotel - top location for fun, walking, family friendly. Super breakfast, room perfect, service was good, bar and restaurant also very good.

Not much... to say.. can be seen as expensive stay but quality is met! Perhaps too many non client hotel at the pool area.. but understandable with what is offered that it cannot be restricted.

Easy access, great facilities everything you need for a relaxing trip.

Not personalized enough, no offer to help or advice with transfers. Breakfast needs more English signs, as it was hard to know what they offered. Whilst trying to get an omelette, it was repeatedly incorrect due to lack of English speakers or even perhaps just a sheet of paper to show the staff what you would like. Also the thermal spa was open to everyone, which I understand but at the high price of stay, they should have a hotel guests only at some point of the day.

Over crowded at pools. Old rooms with ski room smell. Uncomfortable double bed (two singles pushed together) Spa needs an adult only zone Very expensive restaurant for dinner Staff for kids speaks zero English and our kids couldn't do any of the activities

I absolutely loved my stay at Bania! The room was big and beautifully decorated, breakfast was delicious with lots of different food options and unlimited access to Bania Thermal Pools was the cherry on top! We were there everyday enjoying our time swimming and lounging by the bar. I loved every minute of my stay at Bania and will definitely recommend it to my friends and family!

The charge for the garage a bit expensive for what they already charge My wife had a great food but myself was disappointed for the time length to prepare a burger (1h) and when comes it was grease but might be unluck for that.

Water zones are great. I liked the separate zone for hotel guests very much. Amazing breakfast. Great staff at reception. The big bed and room itself was great. So generally-great place to stay with family and have fun.

Sorry for that, but the small sofa bed was a nightmare. Maybe it was broken, but there was approximately 10cm difference between two sofas sections, so we used 4 pillows to make this bed more or less flat. We stayed for one night so we didn't ask for any other bed or room. Additional parking fee was a small surprise as well. I understand such approach somewhere in city, but not here. One more point for not-polish speaking guests. Don't try calling customer service. They speak polish only.
