The 2 bed apartment was spacious and well equipped. The location of the apartment was fabulous and the beach was really lovely. The food was amazing and the staff very courteous and welcoming. The entertainments team were brilliant and my 7 year old really enjoyed the parties and mini disco.

The apartment was unfortunately located above a bar, when people smoked we could smell the tobacco on the balcony and prevented us from really using it and it was noisy until it closed. Also some of the neighbouring residents below and next door continued to move furniture around late at night and were very noisy and inconsiderate. However this is of no fault to the hotel and although we complained the residents didn’t comply.

The location is amazing! We went in mid October and must say it was great. Nice weather, and that amazing beach! The only thing to consider when going out of season would be to go with a car. The choice of restaurants isn't very big. It has only the hotel restaurant that's open for breakfast and dinner and a bar that prepares food up to 4:30pm. There is also a supermarket and the prices are normal everywhere. The staff is very friendly,the rooms are clean and the bedding was absolutely amazing. We were with a 4y old child who also loved the hotel complex and the beach ,so Ona Cala Pi is definitely a place where I would revisit.

The fact that there wasn't an open restaurant for the whole day. The block tables had a fantastic choice but I would prefer to eat out of the hours and have access to cook food at any time of the day.

We had such a wonderful stay at Ona Cala Pi – so many great memories! The staff were very nice and friendly, and the restaurant had a lovely atmosphere with a fantastic team, especially the manager and Alane. My kids were always so happy and excited every time they went to the buffet. The food was very good – perfect for meat lovers, but also with vegetarian options. If you have allergies, the reception or manager are always ready to help and make arrangements. And the desserts… so many and so delicious! My family enjoyed it every single night 😄. A big thank you as well for the surprise birthday cake for our son – it made our stay even more special! The room was also great, and the reception team was very helpful and easy to reach through WhatsApp. The beach nearby is beautiful and not too difficult to walk down to (a little exercise, but worth it 😊). The animation team was fantastic too – my kids were thrilled, my husband also had a great time, and the foam party was just amazing! We truly enjoyed our holiday here and would definitely recommend Ona Cala Pi.

Great location if you dream of relaxing away from the hustle and bustle of the city. A cozy hotel with clean, spacious apartments, offering 2 swimming pools and a jacuzzi for guests. The staff are always helpful and will do everything to make sure you are satisfied. We booked the HB option, and the food was very good and varied. We were delighted. Another big advantage is the beautiful beach with crystal-clear water, located just a short walk from the hotel. An amazing place!

Having a lot of space in the apartment but still being in a hotel. We even had a washing machine. The food was great too, breakfast and dinner had a lot of choice. We liked a lot also the atmosphere at the hotel, felt like all ppl and the tourists were relaxed and in good mood. Activities like aqua fitness or kids disco were also available, not too much but right amount for us.

The drinks were all from company coca cola at the restaurant while we boycott this company because they support the genocide in Gaza. To get to another beach u need to drive a while. Cala Pi is nice but if u stay for 10 days or more u want to see sth else.

The place is more that we expected in every way! Perfect location, apartments are very big, very clean, pools perfect, the best hotel staff that we ever meet, from the reception, animation team, boy by the pool, restorant staff, cleaning, all on higher level! Perfect stay for families with children. Breakfast is from the high quality products and sooo different variations for everyone! Very generous! And the views! Wow! The views and all the surroundings are surreal! Like you are in a dream! Thank you all for the amazing holiday that we had!

If I have to say something, pillows could be better, they were something like pillows but not quite good.

Cala Pi turned out to be the perfect spot for our family. The little cove with its turquoise water and sandy beach was just about 140 steps from the aparthotel, which made it so easy to enjoy the sea with the kids. They also loved spending time in the hotel pools, and every morning and evening we were blown away by the breathtaking view from our apartment. It really felt like a special family getaway.

We had booked full-board and, while the meals were a bit repetitive, it worked well for our one-week stay. If you’re staying longer, I’d recommend going out for lunch now and then—it’s a nice way to see more of the island and enjoy meals in different places. The apartment itself was comfortable. The bedrooms and bathroom had clearly been renovated, which we appreciated, though the living-room furniture and kitchen could use a bit of an update. A rental car is advisable if you plan to explore beyond the hotel, but if you just want to relax by the pools and beach, you can easily do without.

Stunning Location & Great Stay at Ona Cala Pi I recently stayed at Ona Cala Pi Club in Majorca and had a fantastic experience. The hotel’s location is absolutely breathtaking—perched above a beautiful cove with crystal-clear waters, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The apartment-style rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with a kitchen and a balcony offering lovely views. While the décor is a bit dated, everything was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. The beach access via a staircase down to Cala Pi’s stunning cove was an added bonus. The on-site restaurant served decent food, though there are also some nice local dining options nearby. The only downside was that the hotel is a bit remote, so renting a car is recommended if you want to explore more of the island. However, if you’re looking for a peaceful and scenic retreat, Ona Cala Pi is a great choice. Would definitely recommend it to anyone seeking a relaxing stay in Majorca!

well-kept area, lots of greenery and flowers. we stayed in a room with 2 bedrooms away from the noise. it was very comfortable. the room had a renovated bathroom with modern renovation. the hotel is in a remote location, but there is a bus stop nearby. we traveled by car and it was very comfortable. the hotel has a paid private parking and public parking nearby with a limited choice of places. we took full board and were very pleased. you will always find something tasty to eat!

towels changed every 3 days! the towel on the floor in the shower immediately became wet and there was a smell. beach towels 2.50 per day without replacement during the vacation

the place gave the services of a hotel and the privacy of an apartment. Outstandingly nice staff, 24-hour reception, clean and nice surroundings and pool area. Invisible hands change the towels and clean up in the rooms. The buffet breakfast is generous and tasty, well-organised service. The whole vibe of the place was wery nice. Moreover, there is a direct access to the beautiful beach and a breath-taking coastal trail.

It would be nice if at least the Jacuzzi was heated. If the weather is not so hot nobody ventures to swim in the beautiful but ice-cold pools which is frustrating. Another remark: one cosy blanket should be given for every bed automatically in case the nights are chilly (which is quite possible in April).
