A beautiful family run Finca set in a lovely rural setting. Tim and the other family members and staff we encountered were so hospitable ensuring our every need was met. We unfortunately stayed just one night ... I chose it because of it's close proximity to the airport. Had I known how amazing it was going to be, we would have made it our base to explore the area. We enjoyed a lazy afternoon lounging around the pool followed by a delicious dinner accompanied by wine from the winery down the lane. We had an early morning flight and left before breakfast. A very kind gentleman ( I believe it may be Tim's father-in-law) got up early so we could have coffee accompanied by a tray of croissants and chocolate pastries prior to leaving for the airport. So kind and much appreciated!

Lovely place - very nice and helpful staff - nice and quiet stay away from the hussle and bustle - the room was huge, had a living room and small kitchenette area much bigger than expected - looked like a proper country house and we felt like we were staying at a friend or relative’s place

The staff were lovely but some of the day-staff didn’t speak English very well so communication was a bit difficult sometimes but because they were so nice and helpful it wasn’t a big issue - just saying it would’ve been nicer if they knew it a bit better since it is the international language in our time 😉

The room was very big and everything was perfect in the room, very good bed, mini bar, bathroom. The pool area was also amazing and with a quiet very relaxing atmosphere. The place is remote so if you don't feel like going out, you can book a table and they will serve you dinner. The host was very warm and invited us for a welcome drink when we arrived, we enjoined the conversation as it was full of humor. A very big bonus for this place is the fact that they asked if we have an early flight on check out; as we left the accommodation very early they have prepared for us some croissants, coffee, juice, etc.

Everything was perfect.

We couldn’t have asked for better accommodation. The room was above and beyond our expectations. The junior suite was luxurious whilst still being homely and comfortable. We had a spacious lounge area, a big bedroom, and large bathroom. We really appreciated having air conditioning and a well stocked mini bar! The location is rural and quiet yet still close to beaches and shops. Tolo, Juan, and Tim were incredible hosts and helped make our stay memorable. We can’t wait to come back.

Awesome place in the middle of the countryside but relatively close to the Airport and Palma city (20 mins by car). Super cozy quite rooms in a well-entertained refurbished farmhouse with very well-curated common areas: a nice green garden, luxury swimming pool area, and kids' playground. Super friendly staff helping us out during our stay and recommending activities to do outside. Really tasty breakfast with all sort of egg cooking choices and local food. We forgot something when we left and they took the care to send it back to our home place free of charge. We'll definitely come back next time we visit the area.

There were some staff only speaking German.

We had such a wonderful stay at Puig de Ros d’alt! The location was remote at quiet, which was perfect for relaxing. The pool and grounds were beautiful! We were happy with the breakfast options and also enjoyed a dinner, which was one of our best of the trip! The staff was friendly and lovely. Juan especially was so helpful and kind to us. We had a wonderful time! This is a place I would revisit.

Stunning property and ground. Everything was tastefully decorated and comfortable. We enjoyed the most delicious meal in the evening in the courtyard. One of the best and most picturesque meals we had all trip. The highlight of the hotel is the staff. They couldn’t have been friendlier or done more for us. We had to leave very early for a flight and one of the staff woke up at 5am and we were made coffee and warm pastries before we left. A really special place and I couldn’t recommend it enough

Not a dislike, but I would say you should have a car if you intend to stay here.

FELT WELCOMED AS IF WE WERE ARRIVING HOME ❣️ We loved the peace, quiet and serenity, but most of all the staff was kind and the owner makes you feel like you are family. The rooms are spacious with beautiful styling. The breakfast is very generous and filling. The place was perfect for our stay, centric to the major attractions but away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The perfect start to our vacation. We arrived pretty late but were welcomed with open arms by the owner and the buttler. They make you feel very comfortable and even offered to make us some food since we hadn’t had dinner yet. Facilities are in traditional fashion which complements the family-owned landhouse from centuries ago, but very clean and comfortable. The room was nicely airconditioned and you could make it fully dark for a good rest. Make sure to spend some time by the quiet and clean pool, with a glass of wine from the neighbor’s vineyard.

The villa is also a restaurant at night and open to folks staying outside of the residence. We didn’t have a chance to eat there as we were out and about exploring most of the day, but heard it’s lovely. Just worth mentioning that it does get a little busier with more people around and for staff, in case you need anything.
