The staff were friendly throughout our 4 day stay, nothing was too much! The pools were clean. Room was clean - had a hairdryer. We found the beds really comfortable! And aircon was great. Room 162! There was always something to eat, unless you’re fussy and don’t eat salads, meat/fish! Watermelon was delicious! Drink cups with €1 refundable deposit was fine as it saves on glasses/cups being left everywhere. And you can have 2 per person if required. San Miguel on tap - cocktails were very sweet but tasted ok - soft drinks and coffee machines that you can help yourself to at pool bar. More of a 3 star than 2 and we would definitely come back for a quick trip away!

Sun loungers were uncomfy - we ended up buying blow up pillows from the shop - at €5 we will use again on other trips! Location- nothing close by, however we wanted a 4night trip away for the sun and to relax and we knew the location on booking! Close to airport though!(20mins in taxi) No pool towels so bring your own if you can - we just used extra towels from the room which was fine for 4 days!

Best way I can describe it is butlins in the sun. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with my daughter. Plenty food and drink if you're not fussy or hard wired to mcds and pizza. Plenty options nice resort, about 20 mins (20 quid in a taxi) away from the closest hussle and bussle. Arenal. Entertainment crew tried their best. Staff were helpful and friendly. Weather was great and the view of the sunset is worth every penny. I will go again. Oh and there's a cockrel wakes you up at around 7.45 each day. I don't doubt there are better places out there but it suited my need and that's all you can hope for when you go away. Others may have a completely different experience here. I thought it was awright

There were a few things that could have mabye been a bit better but under the circumstances they done their best. In the apartments there were a few insects. But we were in Spain in a garden type complex so I would expect there to be. Other travellers didn't like it. I think it would depend on the amount of insects I only had a couple others had more. I would have preferred towels to be changed every day but it was every 2.

Location and all inclusive meals were wonderful. We did not use any of the swimming pools but they looked beautiful. We also did not take advantage of any of the bars but it’s great it was available. The hike to the coast line is nice and makes for beautiful sunset pictures (see attached). The porch was great with a nice view of the sea.

Our door had some issues and wouldn’t stay closed unless locked and the toilet had some rusty screws that scared my kid when we first got there as he thought it was dirty. The AC is right over the front door so the cold air escapes through the cracks and doesn’t fill the room all that well. Parking lot up top near where our room was is pretty rough. I’m glad we had full coverage on our rental vehicle. If you don’t have full coverage, you can easily park on the Main Street where they provide covered parking.

Food was good, also the beach was great and very beautiful. Boungallos were also nice. Staff is friendly. Its perfect for family vacation. Cocktails are medium, but acceptable. They also have other sport attractions and that is also good. Definitely recommend.

There is no WIFI in the rooms, only in reception. We had sim cards but signals are not good there and we could not even use it. We bought their WIFI, but it was not good either. But if you want to have vacation without Internet, its perfect!

My 15 year old son and I came for 3 nights. Stayed in a double room. Last year, I was in a superior bungalow, not sure if we were just lucky, but there was no difference. This was my second visit and my sons first time. Short distance from airport, amazing view, clean room, good entertainment, good food and drinks, everyone friendly, lots of English. Will be returning.

Toilets could do with updating, loose toilets and seats, and dated. Sun loungers at the bottom pool are not comy or adjustable like the ones at the top pool, no table tennis

Super good value. Rooms adequate (nothing special but comfortable enough). Food was unexpectedly great given the price. Lots of beige for the Brits but loads of fresh fish, salads and Spanish fare the rest of us. Drinks great. Three pools. Top one perfect for kids. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Place is a bit run down. Not enough deck chairs poolside and no policing of the squatters who put down their towels and disappeared. No pool towels provided. Pool hours are only 10am - 6pm which is a bit on the short side.

We really loved the personnel, the dinner was exquisite and the personnel was really friendly and nice. The All inclusive package was exceeding expectations, at least during lunch and dinner. We Also loved the area, the cottages for each group, the bed was really comfortable (this is a 2* complex but the bed was better than in a 3* hotel) and the cottage was really clean. The swimming pools were perfect, also the activities like minigolf or the possibility of scuba diving and a kids club.

The location has a hard access to the sea, so the Sun Club compensates this with services, the exquisite All i clusive and the top level personnel, also activities, also 3 swimming pools. Though many people like the activities, All inclusive and the quiet and peaceful atmosphere, so they go here repeatedly but they rent a car to go to the beach elsewhere, this is just to say about possibilities to not make this evaluation seem negative. What is missing is a better supermarket with also food for people checking in whose dinner is too far, or to have the restaurant also open for someone who would pay for their dish when checking in and having 4 hours until dinner.

Pine trees around bungalow,beautiful sea view,,nice big pools,animation team work hard. Place clean,food more than enough,good selection for coctails and other light drinks.

We were with 2 kids,we saw water slides,but in 3 days period newer saw water on them...kids were disapointed for a moment.Evening entertainments were good,just not enough seating for all quests.Nice view from uper terace.

Great atmosphere and the staff was very friendly. There were activities every night like karaoke night, also during the day, like beer pong, volleyball. Nice food at the restaurant, quite a lot to choose from. All inclusive option was a "real" all inclusive, all varieties of alcohol available and the staff at the bar was great. Rooms were basic but spacious.

The sink in our toilet was blocked leaving the dirty water in and there was nobody to notice that and to sort it out during our 5 night stay. The internet connection was weak although I was using my own data.
