Big rooms, great kitchen with thematically different dinners (tex-mex, asian, italian). Quite nice selection of drinks and snacks (we went with the all inclusive variant). Beach beds around pools are plenty and we could find a place to lay down every time. Also there's a huge area in front of the pool bar where you can sit down in the shade and enjoy your drinks / food. There's a shop in the hotel itself, but also a huge grocery store called Mercadona within 5 minutes of walk.

No beach in close proximity, only rocky cliffs. The sofa bed could use much better (e.g. thicker) mattress, because you can feel all of the steel skeleton underneath. Water slides could use some smoothing out, you can feel the connections between the parts of it as you slide down...

Hotel has very good children pool my baby liked it very much. Room is clean. Cleaning ladies come every day to clean it. The food is excellent!! You have lots of food choice - also halal meat (ask the cooks if it is halal or not - in our case we had chicken and duck meat halal). You can eat in and out on terrace which we enjoyed every day ! The hotel is surrounded by plants and it is very beautiful. You have outdoor pool for kids and also another pool for grown ups, golf park, tennis terrains. Location is good. The beach is close - 8 min with bus. There is a direct bus line 504 or 505. Also 504 goes all the way to Palma city center 50 mins of ride and then you have A1 bus which leads you directly to airport. The public transport is very good organised. Staff are genuinely polite.

Plates, forks, spoons and glasses are not clean. I was shocked. Taxis are too expensive! From airport to this hotel taxi charged us 30 eur. Indoor pool was small and not so modern...

Room Comfort: Although the room was not very big, the double queen beds were spacious enough to comfortably accommodate four people. Kid-Friendly Amenities: The water slides and splash pool were fantastic for kids, providing great entertainment and fun. Parking: There was plenty of parking space near the hotel, making it convenient for guests with cars. Nearby Supermarket: A large supermarket within walking distance added to the convenience of our stay.

Outdated Facilities: The bathroom facilities were a bit outdated, which detracted from the overall comfort. Water Pressure: The water pressure in the bathroom was not good, which was a bit of a disappointment.

Nice clean and quiet location Although hotel was busy they seemed to have enough sunbeds by the pool Nice walk to the beach and near a big supermarket- room was a good size although I think I might have been upgraded - staff were friendly and helpful parking was easy to find nearby and free - some restaurants about five mins walk away

Hotel is very big and has about 600 rooms in multiple buildings so there were many people around Breakfast was vast but not good quality The town is good for relaxing but not much happening there

Friendly reception staff, very helpful. Pool was lovely and huge! Hotel bedroom was so comfortable . Plenty of car parking and spaces

Dining room staff : only two were friendly! The dining room floor was dirty. The swimming pool beds were always full and " reserved" with towels all day ..

The main pool and kids pool was really nice and clean . Also the restaurant was really clean and the staff really really friendly.

The bathrooms, hallway and the toilet downstairs could do with some fresh paint. Also for everyone who's looking to go on the Beach for a quick walk with Kids. That's not the case, you do need Bus or taxi to do so. We didn't know that and we where a little bit disappointed. Also there is nothing to do around the Hotel you basically stuck at the Hotel. The animation was good but Music around the pool and in the evening was always the same .

Beautiful and big hotel. Room at first floor having a big balcony. Food was excellent. Dinner was buffet style and food was changed every day. Easy parking. We have quite comfortable stay.

No tea or coffee in room. No kettle and cup to drink water. However you can ask the receptionist to borrow the kettle with a deposit. Minibar is only supplied for first day. We booked the room with 2 beds and 1 sofa bed but there was no sofabed in room as described.

- I choose this hotel because it is close to the airport. It is easy to control the time when I have an early flight to catch. - The swimming pool is very nice. My daughter loves kids swimming pool. I also like the Splash Pool which is brilliant.

Because I need to catch an early flight, I tried to sleep early on the night before I check out. Unfortunately there's a party organized outside of my room. (my window is directly facing to the party area). It is very loud which I cannot fall asleep at all till it ends after midnight.

Pool is great, the drinking prices at the bar are very reasonable, the confort of the bedroom and the available parking.

Some employees in the bar and in the restaurant could be a bit more friendly. It seems they are not very happy working there. The food in the restaurant is okay, nothing extraordinary, but the deserts could definitely be better. They are not tasty at all.

Very quite, a lot of parking spaces, great selection of food, everything fresh and tasty, good condition, deposit box, fridge in the room.

Beach is rocky and slippery, not very far, and just needs to climb the hill after. Might be boring without car, but you can rent it in the hotel or stay by the pool. We were with the car so everything was perfect for us.
