The welcome we received at the hotel was first class. The room was large and fabulous. Because the hotel was spread out there was always a buggy to take you wherever you wished to go. The tennis facilities were very good. The pool and beach areas were excellent. All the staff were lovely and friendly. The food was excellent.

Breakfast was served at the room at whatever time was specified the night before. As a result some items were not as hot as could be and some items missed off. Extra items such as eggs benedict were priced extra which I thought absurd. Many of the dishes in the sea view restaurant were a minimum of 2 people. Couldn’t get a reservation in the Michelin starred restaurant even though resident at the hotel

We loved our suite. Spacious, quiet and private. The bed was heavenly. The soaking tub was lovely and was made even better with beautiful bath salts and candle! The staff was EXCEPTIONAL and everyone went out of their way to provide over-the-top service. We ate at the Sea Club twice and the food was delicious. Breakfast was very nice as well.

The property location is remote. We had a car but it was still a drive to get out of the hotel for the night.

The hotel is an experience, not just a room to stay. Every person is so attentive, and Juan at the pool bar is an exceptional employee, made sure every guest was attended so well! We came back to the room with candle lit up in the evenings, and breakfast brought up and served on our patio which was so nice- the food choices were wonderful, and very modern including chia pudding. The spa- we had the whole hammam extensive package, wow it was worth it and I would't cheap out on a partial treatment because my girlfriends and I agreed it was the best spa experience we have had around the world! We stayed 2 nights only, because there was no availability for a longer stay. So those 2 days we did not leave the hotel as it had everything needed right there!

The location was unreal. The staff were incredible. The spa service was outstanding. The views... Stunning.

The WiFi didn't extend to the Terrance well.

Sea club made us to wait for 1and half hours to have a dishes. took so much time without notice in advance. was cold outside in may and was too hard to wait

Phenomenal. One of the best experiences ever. Incredible stay, wonderful staff, pristine property, excellence in every way imaginable. Will return again for sure. Thank you Cap Rocat team for such an exceptional experience. This is the true definition of hospitality excellence! Bravo!

The entire stay was amazing. The setting is obviously very special. Every single staff member was on top of their game. even the welcome to the hotel was special. Food very nice with a great small selection of restaurants. I highly suggest the beach club for lunch. The SPA treatments were very good.

For whatever reason there was mosquitos in our room each night even though all windows and doors were shut. I assume they get in when they are cleaning the room. we woke up with bites everywhere each night.

We had a wonderful stay. We had a very nice welcome, The hotel staff pays attention to every detail. The location and the rooms are amazing.
