Would definitely recommend this hotel. The location is excellent! The outdoor area for breakfast was so nice, as was the food. The room was clean and comfortable. Nice view out to the street. The thing that stood out most were the staff, especially the two female receptionists. They were so helpful, great english and great at organising things. They even prepared a little take away breakfast for my mum who was leaving early in the morning. So sweet. It's also very close to the A1 bus route from the airport.

Would love if free range eggs were used at breakfast. Not a huge amount of space in rooms but still adequate. Glass bathroom door was interesting. Only minor things, loved the hotel!

Fabulous hotel. The room was great, the bed comfy and the breakfast superb. We were greeted by the lovely Juliette who was always smiling and gave great recommendations for sights and dinner.

The room was on the first floor, noise cancellation was non existent, we could hear anyone in the lobby and people moving their luggage all the time.

Very central and convenient for the historic centre. Palma felt very safe when walking out at night. Staff in the hotel very efficient and knowledgeable. Continental breakfast with good selection and freshly cooked eggs plus probably the freshest squeezed orange juice l have had. Large bedroom over looking main road but this wasn’t a problem with noise as the windows were double glazed. Nice bathroom with excellent shower.

Hotel receptionists very helpful and informative, plentiful breakfast with lots of choice, eggs cooked to order. Excellent location, lovely decor, comfortable beds.

The room had an odour which comes the drainage system. It is apparent on first entering the room but not noticeable after a while. It is not due to lack of hygiene but smell is rising from drains. The shower trap may not be working properly and May need replacing but from my own experience the problem can be difficult to overcome. I’m not sure if this is a common problem in the area. There are fragrance sticks in the room.

Great location, lovely clean hotel and great breakfast included. The room was small but had everything you needed including a spacious bathroom. Loved the touch of a welcome drink (although I didn’t end up having mine as I was working - sad times!). Staff were friendly and I got a great sleep.

Pillows were a bit soft for me. I was on the 1st floor and could hear other guests coming in/out of rooms and walking around upstairs. I’d like to stay again, but will be requesting a higher up room next time. I assume these are the more premium rooms.

Great location, only 10 to 15 minutes from all major sites and public transport links. Best of all the staff were wonderful, especially Maria and Julietta in reception and Yolanda who provided an excellent breakfast spread.

Our room (2 Junior Suite) was nice but a little impractical. The sinks in the bathroom were a ridiculous design with nowhere to put your toiletries without them getting soaked. Also access to one side of the bed (which was exceptionally comfortable) was very restricted.

The service from the staff was outstanding. Local knowledge and lots of helpful advice. Brilliant parking arrangements and superb breakfast. Perfect location.

The standard double rooms are a little dated. Generally very clean and fresh towels daily. The bathroom was large but the under sink cupboard could have been cleaner. Looks like time for a little freshen up perhaps but otherwise all good.
