The location is amazing, right next to the beach. A few restaurants nearby and a bus stop close if you want to go to the center. The beds were confortable, it had blackout curtains. They provided shampoos, toothbrush, body gel and lotion - although no conditioner. Lots of choice for breakfast.

The bathroom was a bit weird: no door to the bathroom or the shower and the door to the toilet doesn’t close and is made of glass. You have zero privacy. The pool is much smaller than on the picture and at 8am all the sun beds are already taken so you cannot enjoy it. It might be worth planning for more to accommodate all guests. The shower was missing conditioner.

When we arrived at the hotel, there was a minor issue with our room, but the reception staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, resolving the situation quickly and professionally. A special highlight was that they remembered my birthday – a lovely surprise was waiting in the room, which was a truly heartwarming gesture. Our stay included breakfast, which was fresh, plentiful, and delicious every single day. There was a wide variety of options, so everyone could find something they enjoyed – whether sweet or savory, light or hearty – the selection really catered to all tastes. Although the hotel is not brand new and some signs of aging are visible on the walls and in the common areas, this didn’t negatively affect our experience. The staff go above and beyond to keep everything clean, orderly, and welcoming. Every team member was very kind, attentive, and professional, which made our stay truly memorable.

Great location with the beach on the doorstep and a range of restaurants close by. Easy access to catching the bus into town. Nice to have breakfast included in my booking so that we didn't have to leave the premises in the morning.

Like many other reviews have mentioned, there are simply not enough sun loungers by the pool. Signs clearly state not to reserve loungers with belongings before 10 am and that unattended items will be removed if a lounger hasn’t been used for 30 minutes — however, during our stay, this policy was not enforced. On a separate note, the beach has sun loungers available to rent, which are independent from the hotel. Look out for one of the two guys in blue shirts — if you arrive early or reserve the day before, the €19 fee is well worth it.

Excellent location - only 10 mins from Palma. Lots of bars and restaurants near the hotel in Cala Major, did notice it was pretty quiet during the week. Staff were so friendly and helpful especially all the reception team. Breakfast was nice and had lots of options. Pool area is lovely and my favourite part was being right next to the beach.

Rooms don’t offer a lot of privacy particularly the toilet/ wash room area. There’s a sheer glass door in front of the toilet , the Sink and Shower area is completely open plan. The glass toilet door didn’t even close properly. There is a wall between the sink and the bed however where the mirror was on the wall in our room, meant if someone is sitting on the bed you can see right into the whole Bathroom/ sink and some of the shower area which made it more awkward by the toilet door not closing properly! It’s fine if you’re very comfortable with the person you’re staying with , I did struggle with it by the end of our stay to be honest. The safe in our room also did not work.

Check in time is 24h , we arrived at 2 o'clock in the morning and everything went smoothly.The staff were super friendly and helpful, a lot of breakfast options, the beach is super close and easy to access.Bed was super comfy, aircon worked perfectly. Our flight was at 19:30, the check out time was at 12:00, after the check out they let us store our luggage and we had plenty of time to go back to the beach. They have a separate shower close to the reception which we used after the beach, also they provided the towels for us, this is a super nice service from them.

They should renovate the rooms, the floors, doors, especially the bathroom that looked old fashioned.

Blocking of chairs at the swimming pool by guests. We were not able to get a chair because other guests put their towel perhaps at 6 am 😄 you could only find chairs after 6pm but people would leave their mess. Although adults only hotel, some behave worse than kids.

This place is all about it's location! Sea front hotel with lovely view. It's great to sit by the pool and still have the view to the sea. Also, you can reach the center of Palma in 20 min by bus. The breakfast is very good. Great gym facilities. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is old despite some renovations. Rooms are quite noisy. The toilet is enclosed by frosted glass walls and a door, which might feel a bit exposed if you're sharing the room. The door doesn’t fully close or lock, leaving a small gap that compromises privacy even further.

The staff were so friendly, the facilities were fantastic, gorgeous pool and right on the beach, breakfast was great too. Such a fantastic hotel. Our flight wasn’t until the nighttime and they allowed us stay all day and use the courtesy rooms with showers so we were able to refresh before flight.

Not enough sun loungers at the pool for guests. People were out on loungers at 7am to save them for the day. Be great if there was enough loungers so you didn’t have to get up so early to save them. Pool area was so nice and lovely to lounge there for day

Impossible to find a place on the sun loungers by the pool, people leave towels for a few hours and don't come back and the staff doesn't do anything about it. Very messy tables and sun loungers...lack of staff around the pool, you have to go to the bar in the hotel to get drinks and you have to wait a very long time. I get cocktails every time in a different glass of a different shape (smaller). I don't recommend coming for the pool if that's important to you.

Amazing hotel. Great location. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Few steps away from the beach. Great staff team. Friendly and helpful. Room was clean and tidied every day. Fresh towels daily. We had room with sea view, which was great! Food was fresh every day. A lot of fruits. Spa facilities - not a lot to choose from, but at this time of the year we were on our own there. We could have it for us as private. We did try room service. Great food and quick delivery. From airport to hotel tooked just 15 mins. Which is big saving on transfer. The hotel is adult only. Which was great option. No kids running around. Would highly recommend for couple who is looking for relaxing time off.
