The room was spacious and clean, and it definitely made our stay in Mallorca better. Bathtub was great and the large bathroom counter with his and hers sink was very useful. The terrace overlooking a plaza area was super nice, even a fan was provided so we could easily spend time there. Very close to convenience stores, cafes, pharmacies, and whatever you would need in Palma.

The water does leak outside of the shower sometimes so we had to deal with wet floors but we could always ask for towels whenever to clean up. Sometimes the AC would be too cold and sometimes warm even though we didn't change the temperature but it didn't bother us too much.

Excellent location, so many super restaurants, tapas bars & cafe’s in the plaça - lots of choice if you don’t fancy trekking but we also walked (25 mins) to Santa Catalina a couple of times. Short walk to Plaça Mayor, España, shopping areas etc. suite was clean and beds very comfy, balcony overlooked the lively plaça and lots of sun in the morning/midday. Nespresso machine too - though plenty of excellent coffee shops on the doorstep. Staff very polite & helpful. Only things I’d say would improve it - some nicer toiletries and some art/plants! Decor in the entrance is so lovely - the room was bare. Nice & modern but no art! Not really important though as we were up and out all day!

The property was stylish and attractive in the communal areas as well as the bedroom. The area was perfect for the main areas without being too busy and there was little to no noise at night. We were right next door to a supermarket which was very handy. We had late check in after a long delay and the property sent us instructions to do self check in and let ourselves into the building and the room. The room was spacious and fully equipped with everything we needed, the shower was brilliant!

The two single beds pushed together but it was still comfortable, just would prefer a real double or larger bed for two.

We were very satisfied with our 4 night stay at Fil Suites. The property has recently been carefully renovated and restored. Our ground floor one bedroom apartment, featuring the bedroom and ensuite on the mezzanine level, a well appointed kitchen and comfortable sofa, and two bathrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs) was spacious, comfortable and well-appointed, and a pleasure to return to after a day of sight seeing around the city. Fil Suites, while being situated in a quiet and largely pedestrianised part of the historic core of Palma, is within easy walking distance of the main tourist attractions and has half dozen restaurants within 100 metres of the property. It is also on the airport side of the city so access is within 15 minutes by taxi. The staff, particularly Mathias, were welcoming and helpful with suggestions of things to do, places to go and restaurants and coffee shops nearby. We found Palma to be full of interest and well worth spending a few days visiting.

The cleanliness And beautiful smell in every part of the hotel, The location was really close to the main shopping streets of Palma, And the restaurants and cafes close by were plentiful. Our favourite was to turn right out the back of the hotel (Trees and park) side Follow the street to the end Turn left and a few steps on your left is a fabulous cake and coffee shop. You walk on a glass floor and see the bakers kitchen below. Fantastic to see. Order what you want and it's taken upstairs for you to a lovely seating area.

Fil Suites is a beautiful hotel well located within a 2 min walk to Old Town. The hotel is situated on a square with about 8 restaurants.. Location is fantastic. Car parking only 10E/day and within a 3 min walk from hotel. We loved our stay here. The rooms (Double Room) are small, but clean and functional, bathroom is lovely and the towels were big and fluffy. I found the bed a little firm (as I like a plush/soft feel) however hubby loved the bed. Staff are wonderful and extremely helpful.

There is nothing not to like about this property. If I had to be picky it would be - our room was facing towards the courtyard of the hotel and it did get a little noisy at times, (as we like fresh air) and when window was open when guest were coming and going. Also the carpark key was a little difficult to use, however you could walk through the floors and down the ramp. However, these are just little picky things.

The apartments are in a very sensitively renovated historic building in the city centre. In the interior, reception and rooms you will find many beautiful details that refer to the fact that the building was once a tailor's shop. The furnishings are new, modern and absolutely spotlessly clean. We had a room on the ground floor,which had an exit facing a small square. You could see the hustle and bustle of the city through it. Communication with the staff was great, easy, they gave us allx instructions in advance how to get to the hotel, to the keys, where to park. They allowed us to leave our car in the parking spot the day after we checked in, which was super helpful. I would definitely want to come back here the next time we visit Palma. Our stay at Fil Suites was lovely. The building is beautiful with its interior courtyard and lounge area. Our room was really well equipped with a kitchen and had a balcony overlooking a play area and square. Really comfortable twin beds. The location is incredible. Supermarket next door, little bar, fabulous restaurants in both squares. We had the best margaritas and Mexican food in the square. We walked from the train station to our accommodation, walked to the Cathedral and other attractions. A taxi to the airport was a convenient 15 minute €20 ride in the early hours of the morning and a taxi back from the beach in Portixol, just along the beautiful coastal promenade, was only €7. The staff at Fil Suites, were really lovely, very welcoming, very kind and booked taxis for us and gave us great advice. For me the only downside was the bathroom situation in our particular room. The toilet and shower was contained in separate glass cubicles instead of in a separate room. I could see how that would be ok for a lot of people, but as a personal preference this lack of privacy didn’t really work for me and my travelling companion. Other than that though we had a fabulous time and would recommend this as a great location to get to know Palma City and the surrounding areas.

The building and the room were excellent. The location was good for access to main landmarks, although it did take a while to find our way back to our accommodation due to the Warren of narrow streets. The reception staff were very helpful with plans and information. Generally, our stay was excellent and we hope to return.

The facilities of the room were very good, including a table and four chairs and a microwave. BUT with no plates, or cutlery, it was difficult to take advantage of the facilities. Two wine glasses were provided, but no bottle opener. I didn't include a bottle opener in my luggage but was assisted by the evening receptionist.

It is in a beautiful old town location and you can walk to everything cool. You must try the Panaderia S'Estacio it is so lovely and delish and there is a surprise there that I know you will find delightful, we certainly did! Just down the street from that is Claudio gelato which I am told is the best in Spain, safron flavor only on weekends but my favorite is the almond and the orange.

THe Fil is very clean, the beds are like dream, so clean and soft bedding, very luxe. Try to get a courtyard room with a balcony, I saw those and next time I will try to get one as well, mine was just for me for one night so it was not so important but for a longer stay I would try for that.
