Location right in the middle of the old town is absolutely amazing. So many places of interest to walk to. Cafes, bars, shops, the cathedral. Restaurant is stunning with views across Palma..you feel like you are in a movie set and the roof deck and pool are a great escape from the craziness of Palma. Great breakfast and dinner. Pool deck becomes a Stunning bar at night with views across the city from the rooftop.

If i had to say one negative which is hard as I loved it, it would be that it’s not the best place for kids. It’s a very grown up hotel I felt. Oh and the gym is small but tbh we had so much to do that we didn’t really want to go to the gym!

Location and front of house staff very friendly and helpful. I thought we had booked a room with a SPA pool on the deck because thats what the picture indicated. In fact we ended up with a large room that was well appointed. The roof terrace is reasonably spacious given the proximity.

The hot food on the buffet was not good. Scrambled eggs made from powder, bacon and sausages not good. The cooked eggs direct from the kitchen is the way to go. Unfortunately one of our party was pick pocketed in the shops - not in the hotel. The hotel staff were extremely accommodating - thank you.

What a fantastic hotel, step off the smartest shopping street in Palma and you are instantly in the best spot ever. We were upgraded to a superior room which was a nice touch from Carlos , what an asset he is , lovely guy on reception. The room was very quiet and beautiful, ace bathroom and the best bed . The breakfast room is very nice overlooking the city, a fantastic selection of food , everything was delicious and the best orange juice ever! A fantastic hotel with fantastic staff especially the cleaning staff too . We will definitely recommend and return.

The location was great , super central , only 3 min walk from main shopping street and lots of shops on the street the hotel is located. Delicious breakfast both mornings Very friendly reception staff Lovely view from rooftop bar and had a nice dip in the pool with a sangria ! They gave us a complimentary bottle of cava on arrival as it was our wedding anniversary ! Super nice touch Would highly recommend

We stayed on the 7th floor and the restaurant was just above us so it was noisy when chairs moving , it was particularly noticeable early in the morning when we were trying to sleep . I wouldn’t recommend staying on 7th floor because of this noise .

Our stay at the Nakar Hotel in Mallorca was nothing short of spectacular! As three friends exploring the city, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The panoramic views of the city and the Mediterranean Sea were breathtaking, especially at sunset. We spent many evenings lounging by the pool, sipping cocktails, and soaking in the stunning scenery. The rooms were modern, clean, and incredibly comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff at Nakar Hotel were also exceptional, always friendly and willing to help with any of our requests. Breakfast was another delightful experience, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start our day. We also appreciated the hotel’s stylish design and attention to detail, which added to the overall charm and ambiance. We highly recommend the Nakar Hotel to anyone looking for a perfect blend of luxury, convenience, and unbeatable views in Mallorca. Our trip was truly unforgettable, thanks to this fantastic hotel!

It was perfect. First we had a problem with the jacuzzi. After some calls they weren’t be able to solved the issue. they therefore let us choose an alternative by choosing a slightly "nicer" and bigger room for compensation. this is certainly well appreciated. in short, a service that really came from the heart. so I recommend everyone to choose this hotel if they want to stay nearby.

Again this depends on what tastes one has. I was satisfied with the breakfast, while my husband thought the choice was rather limited but okay.

Room was lovely - large with a huge bath, settee, big t.v. and very comfortable beds. The breakfast was very good, large choice of options with eggs available on order. The roof top bar and pool area had a spectacular view of the bay and the cathedral. The hotel is in an excellent location, close to shops, main tourist areas, the cathedral and harbour areas.

I didn't like the open nature of the bathroom, the bath was open to the room as were the wash basins. However I was travelling with my daughter and perhaps the room is more suited to couples. It would also have been nice to have a couple of chairs on the balcony

Rooms were great, really clean and spacious. Super comfy beds and soft sheets and lovely molton brown toiletries. Location was perfect and proximity to the airport made transport so easy, especially as our flights were delayed until the middle of the night. 24 hour concierge was helpful too, and reception staff went out of their way to support.

The breakfast was good, but felt the food could have been a slightly higher quality. Otherwise everything was perfect and I’d definitely recommend!

Great location in the heart of Palma. Room was very clean and modern. The pool are was really lovely and turned into a DJ evening from 7:30 with rooftop drinks. Reception staff were very helpful in providing recommendations. We had a late flight and were able to use all the facilities including the spa to shower in before we left.

Food in the restaurant was slightly over priced

Center of town, rooms great & clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly, breakfast was always good!

The shower should have a glass wall in it, everytime we showered in the open/walk in shower it would flood the bathroom. To stop this they should put in a glass wall. Also wished there was another table in room for more space to put things down - one one table thats already full of hotel stuff. Also wished the tv had netflix or youtube
