The hotel has great facilities, especially for families and kids. There is a game room, a pool for small kids with different slides and also 2 big slides for not only children but also adults. They have a kids club with a play ground, mini golf, tennis court and a volleyball court. They have Staff offering different activities every day, such as aqua gymnastics, water polo, yoga. Every night at 8:30pm there is a kids mini Disco and from around 9pm entertainment for everyone, such as live music- every day different acts and all very entertaining. The restaurant in the evening offers different theme nights such as an Italian night, Asian night, Tex-Mex night, Spanish, oriental and there is always cooking live stations. The breakfast offered a variety of dishes, a live egg station, pancakes, waffles. Everyone will find something to eat. The Lunch is standard and nothing special but most dishes tastes good. All the kitchen and restaurant staff were very kind and hard working. We always felt welcomed. You can add All-inclusive for additional charge and it is worth it. All drinks are included ( restaurant, pool bar, bar in the evening). We can definitely recommend this hotel to families.

The rooms could have been cleaner. The bathroom already had some mold around the bathtub and we found some hair on the bed sheets. The restaurant, especially for the live stations had long queues but it is understandable if the hotel guests eat all at the same time. Some dishes were already portioned so you were able to take it faster. The hotel is a bit far from the beach but you can reach it in minutes with car or taxi.

The staff were very friendly. I like that they didnt open the pool gate until 10am which meant no one was reserving sunbeds and you didnt have to rush to get to the pool early. There were plenty of sunbeds around the pool. The food was really good and if you decided to do half board like we did the drinks were reasonably priced they didnt over charge. Breakfast times were good 7.30-10.30 and evening meal didnt start until 19.30-22.00. Entertainment activities by the pool were really good throughout the day. You can catch a bus to the beach which is only 10 minutes away and very easy to do or you can get a taxi, the taxi ranged between 15-20 euros but the bus for 2 people was around 5 euros one way. There isnt much to do around the hotel there are a few restaurants nearby, pharmacy, tobacco shop and a supermarket which sells everything you can think off so if you forget anything dont worry just go there. The hotel was really beautiful and very clean. We got a brilliant view from our room of the hotel grounds and the room was very spacious.

At times on an evening and by the pool the music they played was not very versatile we found it was aimed more towards the french. I think they should play a variety of music to cover all nationalities who use the facilities. Also i think at times they needed more staff on the bar as was only 1 bar open at a time and you could be waiting in the que a little while which is not ideal.

A big thanks to Moustafa a pleasant guy and he was so helpful gracias. And the other staff as well well nice . Entertainment catered to all age group especially the 90 music. The location is closer to attractions like the beach an aqua land

Our room !! We were there for 3 night we book 2 room first day there was a very bad smell from the toilet and I complained about it and the guy says will put some chemical to fix but still the same and also there were still issues bt it the were resolved . Housekeeper didnot changed the second room towels . Bedside charging ports is not available in all rooms . I made a complain in the kitchen about the bad taste and spell in a red pot bean

Perfect location. Only 10m drive to Palma city. Flexible check in is also a plus as we arrived at the hotel at 1:00am. Buffet breakfast was excellent, and if you are travelling with kids the hotel has activities for them. Both the staff at the reception and at the breakfast were friendly and welcoming. There is also free parking around the hotel, and super easy to find a spot.

The only thing I would say it was a bit disappointing were the mattresses. I am aware that it is a hotel and the lifespan of the mattress is relatively short considering the amount of people sleeping on it, although it was too hard and you would sink on the middle of it.

Big rooms, great kitchen with thematically different dinners (tex-mex, asian, italian). Quite nice selection of drinks and snacks (we went with the all inclusive variant). Beach beds around pools are plenty and we could find a place to lay down every time. Also there's a huge area in front of the pool bar where you can sit down in the shade and enjoy your drinks / food. There's a shop in the hotel itself, but also a huge grocery store called Mercadona within 5 minutes of walk.

No beach in close proximity, only rocky cliffs. The sofa bed could use much better (e.g. thicker) mattress, because you can feel all of the steel skeleton underneath. Water slides could use some smoothing out, you can feel the connections between the parts of it as you slide down...

Hotel was lovely and very clean. We booked family room which consisted of two joined bedrooms and two bathrooms. Room was spacious and beds were comfy. Food was good too but would like little more variety. Saying that we were never hungry and found something tasty to eat. Evening entertainment was very good, kids also enjoyed mini disco every evening. We enjoyed extra activities like table tennis and tennis. Pool was great size and plenty of beds around.

At times it seemed like there was shortage of staff

Location was amazing, 15 minutes from Airport and 30 from Palma city. The hotel is already in the direction of some of the most nice beaches on the south - East of the island. I rented a car so moving was quite easy the room was quite big, enough space for 2 persons for 4 nights, with a little balcony to put stuff outside Price deal I got was very good

I stayed 4 nights and they never changed the towels in the bathroom, I would have appreciated at least 1 change because going to the beach and using suncream towels get dirty a bit faster

The place is so calm and we loved our family time with the kids. The hotel was wonderful to rest thanks to the trees surrounding the hotel. The kids water slides and pool were amazing.

The food for dinner that we paid one time was not what we expected. I am happy that we booked with breakfast only. There was no air conditioner in the corridors and the restaurant- except of the main desk and it was so hot.

Room Comfort: Although the room was not very big, the double queen beds were spacious enough to comfortably accommodate four people. Kid-Friendly Amenities: The water slides and splash pool were fantastic for kids, providing great entertainment and fun. Parking: There was plenty of parking space near the hotel, making it convenient for guests with cars. Nearby Supermarket: A large supermarket within walking distance added to the convenience of our stay.

Outdated Facilities: The bathroom facilities were a bit outdated, which detracted from the overall comfort. Water Pressure: The water pressure in the bathroom was not good, which was a bit of a disappointment.

Gluten-free meals, gluten-free pizza/burger on demand, possibility to choose whether to eat lunch or dinner in half board option, kind and understanding personnel speaking Spanish / French / English, clean and not overcrowded beaches in Cala Maioris (walking distance) and Cala Blava (5 minutes by car), we had a wonderful stay, thank you!
