The beautiful row house comes with everything you would need, incl. a fully equipped kitchen with coffee makers (and coffee to get you started), a garden area with your own barbecue grill, a washer and dryer for your laundry needs, and even a hot tub. The beds were large and comfortable and the house has heating/air-conditioning. And being set on a golf course, you are surrounded by greenery. There is also a pool and wellness area - the pool was under refurbishment though and couldn't be used during our stay.

Nothing. Everything was just perfect.

Surroundings are beautiful, nice looking gardens and outside areas are very well maintained. Golf courses are impeccable. Staff is kind and helpful. Good “holistic” (spa) area with hamman, saunas and relaxation places.

Pools are chlorined, spa hours are short (12-20hs )and massages finished at 15 30h. Nobody was able to treat a pregnant woman in need of a massage. Terrasa restaurant is quite mediocre, villas are a bit oldish (bring your own plug extensions). Uncomfortable pillows

Villas are very clean, comfortable and spacious. Having a shared outside pool for every 8 villas made them nice and quiet, with only a few families at a time using them. Golf courses are really good. Lovely grounds with lots of well tended gardens and wildlife to see,

Thought there could have been a few more things for the kids, like a play park for example or some times of the day given over for inflatables etc. to be allowed in the pools. Location is good in terms of access to other parts of the island, but you literally need a car for everything, even getting around the resort depending on where your villa is. And beware of the sales 'presentation' if you're not a Marriot Vacation member. This is actually a one to one sales pitch for what's a time share offer by any other name. Fair enough the incentive for attending is good, but they got quite grumpy with us when we decided it wasn't for us and we wouldn't be signing.

Fabulous villa. All amenities. Pool right outside. Couldn’t fault the properly.

The walk to the main area was over a km from Our particular villa. We didn’t have a car as was a short stop in our trip. This wasn’t great with bags etc and small children who were walking there and back. Adults didn’t mind but for kids not great. The onsite shop is ridiculously priced for essentials which was a shame as again we couldn’t travel outside to get groceries as was a short stay with no car and taxi prices were expensive.

Resort is a short drive to Palma but everything we wanted is onsite - golf, tennis, pools, spa etc. Easy then to do day trips for activities or sight-seeing. Have stayed here a few times and will return again.

No real complaints about the place - the price has increased a lot over the last few years so that is a consideration to ensure that the resport remains good value.

Lovely refurbished villas and gardens.

The villa swimming pools were closed during our stay as there had been a decision to not open to 01/06 even though the resort was busy with families from UK for bank holiday and school holidays. The communal indoor out door pool was then too busy and difficult to find a sunbed.

The villa was older but well maintained. The resort is beautiful and well-kept. The golf courses are perfect.

On the third day of the stay, the pool, sauna, spa and restaurant were closed for renovation. We really missed this offer because of our children. Unfortunately, we were not informed about this at the time of booking and before arrival. We also didn't get any benefits. Unprofessional.

Really great place, we've been back a few times. Quiet with excellent facilities (golf, tennis and pool with spa particularly), helpful staff and convenient location close to Palma and the airport. The small shop onsite is super handy.

Would be better if the restaurant had breakfast options. We were able to take breakfast at the hotel although this was quite expensive.

Wonderful property. Very nicely laid out - combination of a very good hotel and self catering villa - so best of both worlds. Great to have daily house keeping, small pools that are shared with a few villas, a nice on site grocery shop and amazing golf, gym, spa, etc. Also, the location is just 15 min to Palma and easily accessible to many other nice beaches and attractions.

Not much really. Would be nice to have a breakfast buffet - but not essential at all.

This is my second time staying here, I love the layout and how you have everything within the resort. The staff are friendly, and it was fun to let me kids wander around safely without me

The amenities can be updated, it seemed like some of the furniture was worn out
