We were there for a family funeral we checked in late at night, approximately 3 mins before the food service in the bar finished..the lady at the desk told us go stright to the Bar and then come back and check in..when we got to the bar we were greeted by an extremely welcoming staff member. Lead to a table and handed our menus..we were hungry and tired we got a lovely hot meal and we were even offered dessert...which we did not expect, especially when we arrived as kitchen was closing..they went out of their to make us feel comfortable, no one appeared disgruntled by our late presence..I would highly recommend whites and have praised its facilities, staff, food and rooms to all the staff i work with. It was exceptionally value for money..and definitely be back again.

Great location, walking distance to anything in Wexford town. Loads of friendly staff about. Ample free parking. Brilliant Leisure center with pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. Cleanliness was excellent. We also thought the breakfast was great, one of best breakfast buffets I've had, so much choice from cooked breakfast, to pasties, cereal, fruit etc.

We dined in the hotel one night and I thought the curry could have been a bit hotter as it was only luke warm when served. Not really a criticism but the shower in the room is over the bath whereas I find a walk in shower preferable

Just everything. The 2 Lithuanian reception girls Irena and Anna for short could not have done anymore for me. I'm a73 yr old grany and I had 2 rooms upgrades for my 4 grandchildren to experience the Christmas.as magic at whites hotel. A winter wonderland. The smaller chap at re eption and indeed the ub vitae swimming pool was enjoyed by all. Thank you to all.x.the views from the roo.s of wexford and the coast were stunning. The household staff and Indeed restaurant staff were soo friendly and helpful. A.d indeed the restaurant manager just went around the place with a pleasant permanent smile on his face .a lovely man .as were the bar staff .just an all round wonderful stay ??? What more can I say granny and grandkids had a ball and a laugh a minute. A heartfelt thank you to all for everything..defo going again .this was our 2nd as there. I also frequent the spa and thermal suite solo. And am looking forward to recharging my batteries in 2025 yaaay bring it on !!!!

Room 312 the key card was difficult to use. Took a few goes each time, I think other people would have given up and gone to reception but it’s actually just glitchy. Aircon was not great in the room. I think the parking should be free for guests

This hotel is in a great location a short walk from bars and restaurants, and the local shops. The staff were super helpful and the service was ever good. The room was clean and quiet in the evenings. The pool is nice and the gym is very well equipped.

Only a minor thing, there was a wedding in the hotel at the time which is fine and there was no disturbance to service or any additional noise, just felt a bit awkward as there were a lot of wedding guest in the reception of the hotel, during the start of the afternoon and into the evening. made it seem like we were gate crashing a wedding at times

Location and efficiency of checkin staff esp Irena.

Ordered a starter before going upstairs to get ready for a wedding. I wanted the chips with cheese and bacon but was told that the oil was being changed so it would be a 20 minute wait. So instead I ordered the chicken wings and told by the waitress that I would have it before 20 minutes. This was not the case. Waited for 30 mins asked another waitress who was going to check. Waited another 10 mins asked again to be told that the wings were in another fryer and the oil was just changed. It was a waiter I spoke to that was very apologetic. But had to leave hungry. I could have ordered something else if I was told that the chicken was fried and oil was being changed for that also.

Staff were incredibly helpful and nice in the reception. One of the receptionists went out of her way to help me plan places to visit while visiting the area.

I stayed in room 610, although views were not the best, I accepted that since I was offered an early check-in and really didn't care about it. Now, one of the towels given on arrival was completely covered in make-up and the light in the mirror was not working. Rug and commode in toilet were stained, not due to lack of cleaning but because guests would not care for the room.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Dinner was fabulous and our rooms were lovely with a view over the courtyard and to the sea. The common areas were very spacious and though there were lots of people staying at the hotel, it didn't feel crowded.

The pillows were very high and full but that's a very small issue. I brought my own pillow, as I always do, so maybe they had softer less full pillows if I had asked, but I didn't need to ask since I had my own. Other than that, it was all great.

The Hotel is beautiful and the reception area is stunning, the girls at reception are lovey and give you a warm welcome, the rooms are a bit snug but the beds are very comfortable, great shower with complimentary toiletries and spotless, there is an iron and hairdryer in the rooms and a safe also A/C, Breakfast was good and a great selection and the food in the Bar was very good 👍 there is underground parking which costs £5 per night, Wexford town is a very short walk from the town and lots of historic places of interest close by

Even though I enjoyed my food in the restaurant there wasn’t a big selection on the menu

Proximity to shops, good quality breakfast. Very quiet room, no noise or annoying hall lights

Our room was on the top floor, and we had a long trek, up ramps, through doors, in lift and along corridor to our room and then back down everytime to the breakfast room/facilities or to reception/main door. We had to get two separate lifts and cross through to the opposite side of the hotel mid way to get to the car park. The room swipe card never worked to open the car park barrier. The shower was absolutely tiny, bathroom not of a 4* quality. Some black mould in grout, which I mentioned at check out.
