Very polite and professional staff around the breakfast, and they initiate conversation as well. The orange juice is absolutely perfect. Coffee was good too. The reception is helpful and knows enough english to be able to help.

I personally prefer a softer bed, but this was not requested by me prior to the stay. I must say there should be easier for an english-only speaker to communicate at the spa, although the spa was very professional. The isolation at the rooms could be improved, especially when people drop things on the floor at night, or when families are right next to your room and wake up early. Train nearby is noisy too.

Probably the best hotel I've stayed in in Morocco. Everything was good, food for dinner was beautifully presented, breakfast was the biggest spread I've seen with everything you could want. Underground parking for my motorbike, quiet room, comfy beds. It isn't cheap by Moroccan standards, but you get European quality, so worth every penny.

Nothing to dislike. Only niggly point is, I booked a pool view room, but didn't have any view of the pool as far as I could see. But it didn't matter too much. Another small point, the shower head sprayed water a bit inconsistently, so that could have been changed, or cleaned maybe, but still, shower wasn't bad.

Had an amazing stay and words can’t describe it. The hotel is perfectly located and very convenient. Walking distance to train station and restaurants and coffee shops. The staff were all very attentive, kind and helpful. Special shout out to AbdelMalek at the reception, though we had late check in and very early check out, AbdelMalek was very professional and went beyond with his kindness and support to make our stay very pleasant. I would and I will definitely come back. Highly recommended.

This hotel is excellent ! It´s the second time me and my mom came here and it feels like coming home for us. The staff is very friendly and will make sure you have everything you need. Souad made sure our room was clean and cozy. The rooms are worth the price . At the reception we were always greeted with a smile by Talal,zineb and Hajar. Thanks for the shoppintips! At the restaurant Wafae, amine ,anass ,Youssef and Aasfour made sure we had everything we needed. Nice chats and lots of laughs. Large breakfast buffet and delicious kitchen. We will sure be back anytime we come to kenitra.

This was an excellent hotel for an American family visiting Morocco for the first time. The hotel was very modern, clean, and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great and the hotel restaurant is convenient and has tasty options. The hotel is also centrally located right next to the train station, making it easy to travel to Rabat, Casablanca. And more. I was so impressed with this hotel I wanted to make sure I left I review. Highly recommend for anyone visiting!

The best experience from start to finish. Zeynab on the front desk provided a 10/10 service, always so helpful and in being multilingual I can see her being most helpful to all guests. Breakfast was most enjoyable for me due to the vast amount of available options. It was made even better by serveur Youssef. A service unmatched by any I’ve experience before, Youssef could not have been more helpful in making my experience the best it could be! So many additional extras and was always looking out for me. Spa and gym facilities were perfect for my needs, could not have asked for more. Thoroughly enjoyed my first ever visit to Kenitra

I can tell you that this hotel met my expectations and more. From check-in with friendly receptionists Zineb was so helpful when I decided to added another night, is clean, new, everything very smelly, a relaxing environment that gave me peace. The accessibility is great and close to the city center. Breakfast is included and has a good variety. The food is exquisite, they have a small menu but dare to ask what else they can offer you because they have more than what the menu shows. The comfort in the rooms and cleanliness was excellent. The staff is very kind, gentle and they help you with everything, Youseef and Mourat are the best servers and kind people they always had very good customer service. They have parking, good wifi, spa (I had a relaxing massage was great) and a pool. In general it was perfect I recommend it 100%.

On the weekend the water pressure was low and it ran out of water completely, I had to wait to have water again. Maybe because the hotel was full.

What an exceptional experience I have had in Urban hotel. Super friendly staff, receptionists, house keeping employees.. The receptionists Fatima and Zaynab have given me advices about the cities and where to go, they have been super helpful in the hotel itself too, they keep asking you if you're satisfied and happy in their hotel. The room itself is big enough with a comfy bed, locker and a TV... As you would expect, the housekeeping changes the bed sheets, towels, cleans the room and even organize your stuff. I'm really impressed. The breakfast was diverse with enough options to pick up from, staff is smiling and welcoming you. Aya in particular was making my coffee with a big smile and such an elegant attitude. I even have met the manager, such a humble man and he would also do anything to make sure his customers having a great experience. If you're picky like me, this hotel is for you! I would definitely stay there again if I happen to come to Kenitra one more time.
