Exceptional Stay – Beautiful, Comfortable, and Perfectly Located! Our stay at this hotel was truly outstanding! The location was very comfortable (even though this district is not very popular) everything we needed was just a short walk away, making it incredibly convenient to explore the area. The room exceeded our expectations; it was even more beautiful than the photos! Every detail was carefully thought out to ensure comfort and convenience. The space was not only aesthetically pleasing but also fully equipped with all essentials, including toiletries, an iron, a hairdryer, and even a drying rack for laundry. The two balconies provided a lovely space to relax, and the peaceful atmosphere in the evenings made our stay even more enjoyable. The beds were fantastic—both stylish and exceptionally comfortable. Cleanliness was impeccable, with constant housekeeping ensuring everything remained spotless. The kitchen was well-equipped with a refrigerator, dishes, and even an oven, making it easy to prepare meals if needed. The staff were brilliant! Charis helped us so many times! He was always ready to help and his attitude to job was high level and very professional. Overall, it was a perfect experience, and we will definitely be returning—both myself and my friends! Highly recommended!

Fantastic accommodation, excellent customer service. After booking we received all the information by message, but if we had any questions they answered immediately. On arrival we were given a great welcome, they showed us around, told us everything, gave us lots of recommendations of restaurants and bars in the area. To be fair, the Exarchia district may not be comfortable for everyone with all the graffiti etc, but it is perfectly safe and we found the best restaurants here, not downtown. Downtown is a leisurely walk away, so the location is perfect. And again, some of the best customer service we have ever experienced.

The hotel is clean, well run and very comfortable. The staff is excellent friendly and attended to our every need. There are many fine restaurants within walking distance.

The area is undergoing lots of renovations and it has traditionally been an area for the young artsy crowd so there is lots of graffiti. There is also an anarchist element that occasionally clashes with the police. We were there just after one such incident and so there was a heavily armed police presence in the neighborhood. It was disquieting but everyone was out the bars and restaurants were full and we still had a good time.

The place is one of the best we’ve been during our trip in Greece, you have everything you need, the bed is really comfy, pillows too, nice wardrobe, big mirror, big tv, kettle, hairdryer and iron (which many places don’t provide), the air-con works wonders and the place itself is really nice and clean. The owners, both of them, really helpful and very kind, gave us a very nice greeting when we arrived during a heatwave.

The location is not the best, we knew it so it is not something we were surprised with, during the day it has character and to sleep is good because it is a calm street, we went to the places suggested by the owner and they were very good but it is true that at night it can be a bit dark to come back, having said that, nothing ever happened to us while being there. I’ll still recommend it.

The room was very clean and tidy when I arrived (I was so tired that I went straight to rest, so the photos don’t fully reflect the condition upon arrival). The toilet had a disinfected sign, and there was a bottle of water, teas, a French press, a hairdryer, and an iron. There was also a small drying rack to use on the little balcony in the room. I requested an early check-in in case it was available, and they managed to have everything ready for my arrival. They were very attentive and helpful every time I needed assistance. There is a desk and chair available in case you need to use the laptop/work.

The room had a strong smell. I went out during the day, left everything open, and when I came back, the smell was still there. I’m not sure if they sprayed some kind of perfume on the curtains to keep it smelling nice, because the scent seemed to linger in the room. It didn’t bother me directly, but it did bother the person I was with. (This is a minor point for improvement, as everything in the room was perfect—just one small detail) The location is about a 30-minute walk from the main tourist spots and 15 minutes from the metro. Apart from these details, I had no discomfort, the room is very comfortable.

Room is just as in the photos. Looks new or recently renovated. 2 balconies. One of which is quite large. The room is very quiet. Interesting area; don't let yourself be deceived by the shabby outside (graffiti). Safe parking within a short distance. Super friendly and helpful staff. Excellent value for price. Air conditioning and elevator - our room was on the 5th floor with view onto neighbouring houses. Kettle and coffee are provided, also shampoos, conditioner, toothbrushes ...

Cleaning: The room was clean and tidy with attention to detail by the housekeeping staff. The bi-daily cleaning service was sufficient for our stay. Customer service: The reception was available 24/7 either in person or by phone, to assist with any requests. We found the staff to be incredibly accommodating, helpful and friendly, always willing to go the extra mile. A warm welcome and exceptional hospitality made our stay remarkable. Location: -Vibrant and artsy neighborhood. -Conviniently located in the city center + parking. -Plenty traditional restaurants and bars with modern-funky style. Other comforts: -Semi floor with storage lockers with personalized code. -Comfortable and stylish bathroom, fully equipped with a variety of high- quality amenities. -Practical room arrangement with fresh sent. -Cozy mattress.

Very nicely appointed rooms, very clean and modern, even a nice balcony. Modern shower. Everything spotless. Good location near Archeology museum, everything within walking distance. Charis was very attentive and available at all times via WhatsApp for any issue. Bonus hint: if you're renting a car, no need to avail yourself of the parking garage at 10€ a day — I managed quite easily to find parking spots on the street. Rooms are cleaned every 2 days but this is just fine

Two small improvements I could think of: supply soap bar in addition to liquid soap, and artificial sweetener in addition to regular sugar in the coffee corner

A lovely hotel from the inside! Room was modern, bed comfortable and bathroom spacious. Very close to the museum and public transport. The area seemed a bit dodgy at first, but we realized that it's probably just a young / artsy part of the town. It felt really safe despite the looks.

It's easy to miss the hotel from the outside, there are no visible signs. We walked right past it two times despite looking at the map and seeing that we were in the correct location. :D

The stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. Right upon arrival I was warmly greeted by the administrator and I felt like a welcome guest throughout my whole stay. I am extremely grateful for all the useful recommendations and the cheerful and friendly communication. The hotel itself is newly renovated and nicely designed. The location is also good, the neighbourhood is lovely, but not too noisy. I‘ll definitely stay there during my next visit to Athens.
