Comfortable bed in a convenient easily accessible location & plenty of free on street parking. Self-service checkin and out functioned well. A good sized room and bathroom with a decent shower and a proper fridge and microwave meant I had everything I needed for a great stay. The communication with the host was good too.

I needed to ask the code for Sky and the response was very fast but perhaps that could have been included in the emailed info or some information in the room. I wasn't sure if the second bin was for recyclable material so some information on that would be good too and I could easily have asked

This small hotel conversion establishment is true to their moto. It was a real home form home experience. Very quiet, very clean and family friendly. The room is excellent size with fantastic en-suite high specs bathroom. All the rooms are city themed. We stayed in the Paris room. We particularly liked the large screen TV and having a microwave and a fridge in the room. Really helpful. Child friendly. A fish and Chips, Indian restaurant as well as a small supermarket were all 10 minutes walk. The host and staff were just amazing, helpful and accommodating. A big thank you. I know where to go for a hotel in Ascot.

Nothing. exceeded expectations.

We booked a budget small double room with en-suite bathroom. It was just what we needed to stay for the one night. It was impeccably clean and had a small fridge and microwave in the room. There were tea and coffee making facilities. Lovely hot shower and so peaceful. There is ample parking outside the property- although you can prebook a space on the driveway. We were off to the Ascot races- and sadly the weather was awful. The owner ( Fiona) very kindly lent us an umbrella and gave us a lift to the racecourse for a small charge. We walked into Ascot town centre later on in the evening, which took about 30 minutes. All in all - a great little find - we would gladly use this property again.

The room was always toasty and warm considering it was -5 outside. It was good to have a kettle and microwave in the room as there wasn't much nearby so we took our own food and ate in the room. The place was spotlessly clean. We had everything we needed in 1 room including sky TV and netflix. Stayed with my husband and 6 yr old son as a stopover for our trip to Lapland uk. We never met the host but she kept in contact by message to make sure our stay was going well. Would use again as a stop over place

The bed had a memory foam mattress which I can't sleep on but that's just personal preference

We loved our stay here at sleepneat. Everything was perfect, the accommodation and facilities were spot on, the location was excellent as we had booked to go to LaplandUK which is located just 5 mins drive away and the host/owner Fiona was very welcoming, friendly and warm, nothing was too much trouble. She made us feel like home. Also the easy access to get in and out was perfect. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone staying in the area as we will definitely do so in future. Thank you.

Great location, ideal for my stay. Area was nice & was near to a few shops. It looked very homely - nice sign outside/decoration inside. Was very clean and tidy with extra tea/coffee/t rolls + iron etc if needed

Had a smaller room which was Ideal for one but there was no door on bathroom so would not have been so good for two people - although there was a screen that could be use

The location was great for us to visit lapland and windor castle. The room was lovely and clean and all matching in a Paris theme Bed was really comfy for both myself and husband and also sons pull out bed he loved it. Onsuite was clean and shower hot and powerful Owner was really lovely and greeted us on arrival also brought us all a drink in the morning and our son a yogurt. Owner gave us some advise on the area such as where to eat etc

Excellent location. 11 minute drive to Legoland and 50 minutes from Chessington. Fiona was super helpful and kept checking to make sure our stay was amazing.

The only thing I could say is that the parking charge was cash and we didn't have any. Fiona was lovely enough to send us bank details so we could transfer instead though.

Check in and out process quick and easy, room was very clean and comfortable with great facilities.Freedom to come and go as you pleased was also a bonus. Fiona was very helpful with any requirements and responded to messages as quickly as possible. Overall a great stay thank you🙂

Perhaps a slightly larger supply of coffee and sugar would have been good but I drink a lot of coffee so this is not a complaint merely an observation🙂

It was very clean and quiet, exactly what I needed as I was staying for work. There was plenty of free parking on the street outside, and Fiona the host was extremely friendly, helpful and responsive.
