It looked exactly like the pictures. The staff were so so kind. The bed was comfy. The room and everything was clean and the location was top notch!

The steep stairs🥲😮‍💨 but not a problem if you have no mobility issues. Also, they carry the heavy bags for you so you don’t have to worry about that!

Wonderful hotel that we absolutely loved. Our room on the first floor was with a balcony and the room was very spacious and super clean. Very comfortable bed and thoughtful items like beach towels and carry bag enhanced the experience. Excellent breakfast and very friendly and efficient staff made our time in Phuket even more enjoyable. It was a couple of minutes walk to the night market and five minutes walk to the beach and had a seven eleven next door. The phuket smart bus stopped right in front of the hotel so commuting within phuket to various beaches and going to the airport was very convenient. We would love to stay there again. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel and our thanks to the wonderful staff for making our stay pleasant and memorable.

Excellent hotel! The staff is extremely kind and helpful. The room is spacious, beautiful, and comfortable. Our room was cleaned and the towels were changed daily, which we really appreciated. that level of attention to detail means a lot. The location is great, just a few blocks from the beach and surrounded by many places to eat! I would recommend it to anyone visiting Phuket. We enjoyed the service so much that we decided to stay longer than originally planned! Thank you, Ohana, for the wonderful stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations from the perfect location and clean comfortable rooms to the warm welcoming staff and delicious breakfast. The area around the hotel is charming, with plenty of cute shops, cafés, and restaurants to explore. It’s also just a 14-minute walk to the beach, which made it even more convenient for us. The hotel had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Thank you for making our visit so memorable!

The apartment and the staff was great, we really liked it. Hotel is located near the main street, You can ask to be relocated if it is too loud for You. To the nearest beach there is around 10-15 minutes by walk, next obe is around 30 minutes walk, everything was nearby. Apartment itself was very comfortable, the room was clean and modern. We had everything we needed. Breakfast was a la carte, we liked it, if You can't attend it, staff will prepare breakfast box if You want. We really enjoyed our stay.

The only negative we could say, that there were a lot of narrov steps, there was no elevator, so You have to take this into consoderation.

The staff was super welcoming and friendly throughout the entire stay and gave us great recommendations for food, activities and beautiful sunset-watching spots! The hot breakfast was delicious and filling (and came with espresso drinks, which I didn't expect). They also cleaned our room every day, which was an added bonus. I enjoyed that there was a balcony in the room, as well. Would definitely book with them again!

Based on the photos, I assumed every room would have a view of greenery. Unfortunately, our room didn't, but next time, I know to request a room with a view. I also thought that the property had direct access to the beach, but it doesn't; you have to take an 8-10 minute walk to get to Kata Beach. But that was my bad for not reading the map correctly, to be honest, and the walk wasn't bad at all. You get to walk through the town a bit and people watch which is also nice, and you pass by plenty of street food vendors and restaurants to hit before or after the beach.

Room was just like in the picture, clean and well made. They even prepared a beach bag and towels in the room + water infront of the hotel to clean your feet from the sand. Breakfast had a great variety including menu and a buffet each morning. Two bottles of water everyday.

A lot of ants in my room, even without any food present. Stairs are quite narrow and steps are small. I didn't mind too much but some people may have problems.

the shower gel bottle was empty so when i got back to my room at night and wanted to take a shower I had to go downstairs and ask for shower gel and was told to go to 7-11 and buy it lol. in the morning I talked to the receptionist and she said they do provide shower gel and said she was sorry but I wasn’t offered any compensation for the shower gel I had to buy on my own
