The hotel was a pleasant surprise. Super close to East Falls Church Metro Station making it very easy to navigate around the city. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean and recently updated. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise at this price.

Despite the decor being tired, it was clean and tidy. Our room was cleaned, bed made on alternative days but our towels were replaced daily. We were a family of four we had two queen size beds the size of the room was just right for us. The location is perfect for us The Metro was only about 10 mins walk away and easy to get into downtown Washington DC. Selection of food for breakfast was limited but enough for us, however the seating area was on the smaller side, at busy times you will have to wait for a table. There are a few restaurants nearby but were on the pricey end. If you want a cheap supermarket you will have to adventure further and catch a local bus to Aldi, bus stop just outside of the hotel. The receptionist was helpful but her English is limited, a younger man working lates was really helpful and was able to replace the iron. Our room had a fridge, microwave and TV. lobby level there is a coffee, tea, hot chocolate station and ice machine on all floors. Bonus is the laundry room was able to wash clothes and dry on the same evening, you will need change (quarters), I had my own washing liquid. Overall for the price, location and breakfast included I will definitely come and stay again.

The price is very good. Parking is free. Rooms are large. Towels, soap and shampoo is provided. Old but clean rooms. Considering the price the service is acceptable. The breakfast is 6/10. Cheching in is easy. The staff is nice. Easy to access the rooms since the hotel doesn't have a lot of floors but only two. WiFi is provided. Connection speed is 6/10.

The hotel is old, far from the city. TV/technology in the room is very old. The taps are very very old. Bathroom is narrow. The fragnance they choose for the hotel is not good. A/C is good but noisy. Although there are minuses this hotel can be preferred.

The family all loved the the room and tge breakfast. For a two star hotel, it felt like a three. Very pleased with everything. Will definitely stay here when we visit the DC area again. It is well worth the money and facilities were great. You don't get the amenities of a three star, but for staying at half the price of a three star you can go to the store and buy whatever fancy soaps you want and still save a ton. Very clean and felt safe in this location. The breakfast was great, and the money we saved from not eating out with a family of four, the cost of the hotel was minimal. Couldn't be happier. Highly recommend.

There was no breakfast. However, there were food places around and a whole food store, which was excellent. There was a dining area onsite where you could warm up your food and have a sit-down meal. Very nice and clean.

This is not a negative. The hotel has two floors—no elevator. However, they accommodated me by giving me a first floor. I had several pieces of luggage for five days.

Single best lodging (when compared value to what was paid). Exceptionally clean, well maintained, and very friendly staff.

Internet speed (5 mbs) was disappointing considering the cheap cost of internet these days. You can get work done but don’t expect to stream and chill. But I wouldn’t change this at the cost of cleanliness or facilities upkeep which again are top notch.

We loved this location so close to the metro station, food, and shopping choices. We found the room spotless and outfitted very comfortably. Loved the bed, pillows, shower, fridge, coffee. Loved that there was no carpet and plenty of towels.

Would like to see more outlets for charging, particularly next to the bed. Also, a table and lamp on both sides of the bed, minor inconveniences, overall our stay was a great value and we will be back again.

I love everything , the guy in night shift is a wonderful person . I travel a lot to Arlington. Atleast once a month and every time nothing goes wrong. Everyone is nice its quiet and the beds are super comfortable. Always get myself a good night's rest as well as my baby and he is pretty delicate for sleep. This is definitely the only hotel I will stay in every time I visit Arlington.

Shower had very nice water pressure, no idea about breakfast. Hi speed internet was fast! Bed was comfortable.

The parking was terrible. It was also not regulated. I was not asked for my plate number so I imagine others were not either. I couldn't find a spot at first and had to drive around a few times until one luckily opened up.
