Separate storage for E bikes. These were stored in garage with linen bags and paraphernalia of the business. Not what I was expecting when I emailed if they had secure storage. Bikes had to be removed before staff arrival 😕

Service was great, room was a good size and nice and tidy and clean. Shower water pressure and temperature was amazing. Room had everything i needed. Easy to find.

Room is getting a bit tired and due for a upgrade. Bathroom vanity looks rough and there were small holes in the bedspread. Bedside lamp was hard to turn on and I often couldn't turn it on.

Everything we needed was in the room Good size 👌 👍 Great parking Awesome selection of coffees and teas etc,I have never been in a motel with that selection 😀 Owner was lovely 😍 Polite

Seats in room weren't overly comfortable But other than that everything was awesome 👌

Staff was friendly and helpful, clean and modern facilities and quiet setting. Fresh milk was provided for morning coffee. Wheelchair friendly bathroom as well. Ample parking.

Location was ok but a bit far from the centre of town.

The host is very nice. The motel is Well kept and close to supermarket and the museum. Kitchen facilities is very good. WiFI is very stable.

Nothing though if you open window for circulation please expect to deal with a number of flies

We loved the effort the owner went to check us in before we arrived so that everything was organized when we arrived. It was a lovely upstairs room with some lovely touches - chocolates and shampoo supplied via a bottle. the bathroom was spotless with an excellent large spa bath which was lovely to enjoy a long soak in. The lounge was great as well as a compact kitchen area. The television had all the sky channels and was great to watch. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. It is close to the pools and town.

We liked the top quality toilet paper, We were offered Trim milk, chilled water in the fridge. Top quality shampoo and conditioner in bottles, and great choice of Dilmah tea's including our favourite Earl grey. Room was clean, private deck, and extensive choice of TV channels. We were recommended local Restaurants, and were please with the one advised and chosen. Great laundry.

Handy location, clean, had plenty of options for cooking in or if going out

On a busy road, could hear traffic. Bathrooms could be updated, mattress not overly comfy

Very clean and comfortable. Had two single beds in a separate room. Beds comfortable with electric blankets. Kitchenette with crockery and cutlery, table and chairs.

Outside private area, bed with electric blanket, long mirror, tea/coffee, late checkout.

Dirty toothbrush holder, not enough bodywash or dish liquid, need extra pillows/umbrella/paper towels/coffee/sugar/ice/extra towels x2/mop to wipe shower floor as gets very wet/extra make up wipe.
