Full disclosure, we did not stay the full night here. I only booked the room because my husband's flight landed at 2 but I couldn't pick him up until after 8. So I didn't want him sitting in the airport for 6 hours and this was the cheapest available room on booking.com. So I cannot comment on anything besides the room itself and the way up to it. First off, the hotel is very dated. The outside looks like an old car dealership lol. It looks like it hasn't been renovated since the late 80's/early 90's, from the crazy patterned rugs to the salmon coloured hallway walls, but everything is still in good shape like it's been well maintained. The room was huge, also dated and well maintained. The decor might turn some people off but I honestly found it charming. It was like a time capsule. Busy carpet, old but cared for furniture. Even those wavy patterned carved wood headboards painted cream with gold accents bolted to the walls above the beds. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable although we did not sleep in it, hubs just watched TV on it. All in all from what I could see it was a great deal for the $72. I liked the size and look of the room so much that next time we are overnight in Leduc I'm going to book here instead of our regular hotel and check out the rest of the amenities and update if necessary.

Staff at first told my husband he couldn't check in until 3:30, when check in is clearly 3, but they did come outside just before 3 to get him and checked him in after all. Not a big deal, but there it is.

Was not expecting breakfast as it was not listed when booking

The woman that runs the front desk during the day is always extremely grouchy. They should keep her in the back and get someone cheerful. Not a great front for the hotel thats for sure. I showed up at 2:25 and asked to check in early and she was like I was wasting her time coming to the desk because I should not be there. The room was available so she let me in early. While checking in someone called and asked for a 10am check in and she almost lost her shit and told them to go elsewhere.

Staff were excellent in the hotel and on the shuttle - friendly and very helpful. Location is very convenient to the airport. Plenty of space in the room. Staff recommended a lovely restaurant nearby, which had excellent service and delicious meals. We were very happy that we chose this hotel for our short stay.

The room decor was not great - a bit dingy.

The location to the airport and free shuttle was awesome! The room was quiet, bed was comfortable, and so was the tub. The Wifi worked flawlessly and the fireplace was a nice touch. There were plenty of snack machines if a person wanted, but I left too early for the breakfast to catch a flight. That's OK, 4 AM is too early for food. The staff was kind and helpful. Would recommend to any traveler. Thank You.

The carpet may have felt a tad gritty on bare feet, but that was a minor observance. the room was clean & the carpet didn't look worn or dirty. Besides, Spring is a gritty time of year as the street cleaners haven't cleaned up all the outdoor road grit. Who knows, maybe the vacuum bag was near full when my room was prepared. I did arrive early so maybe they had to rush. It's all good!

Always my go to if I’m flying out or in. Good value , clean friendly welcoming staff. Very nice to have a smiling face greeting you when you’ve been traveling all day and night.

Parking bi-weekly is a little Pricier than the other hotels. So I park at another hotel that has cheaper parking for when I’m gone.

I love that it is always has been and will be a smoke free and pet free place. This is important due to allergies. We have never been disappointed.

There was a time frame when we went to front desk and there was no staff for over 5 min. It was rectified with a call down after. :)

WAY better customer service this trip, loved the fireplace in the room. Check in staff was different this time so I enjoyed my night there, lady was smiling, happy & helpful.

No complaints this trip. Did not encounter the male check in guy this trip, otherwise I would NEVER return or recommend this hotel.

Close to airport , clean , comfortable and cheap. Perfect for what I’m looking for when travelling. Shuttle runs every hour to airport. Helpful friendly staff.

Laundry facilities were questionable. Room looked a little empty like there may have been a couch or live seat removed??

It was a big comfortable room, with a fireplace for heat, which i liked. I had to leave before breakfast so didn't get to try that.

Not really sure, was just there for the night to catch my flight. No major complaints, other than the guy at the front desk was not all that cheerful or just didn't seem friendly.

Front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We were mostlly just there to sleep, so didn't have a chance to use any facilities. Shuttle saved me from having to figure out airport parking, very convenient.
