Clean and tidy

My original booking expectation was to have the superior larger apartment. No allocated parking was a problem but I found a solution with on street parking using indigo app that offers 1-day visitor package for €7

The room was perfect for us as a couple. We were a little worried after reaching some awful reviews but we had a very pleasant stay. Room was spacious, with room for a couple plus our large bags. The kitchen was small but functional. Bathroom was adequately spacious for our needs. And the location was just perfect, a 1 min walk to the beach and less than 10 minutes to Cros-De-Cagnes which easily took us up and down the French Riviera for our stay.

Located on the ground floor next to the bar, there was some noise than filtered through, but nothing that interrupted our sleep. The room was fairly clean, however some hairs on the doona and a stain on the coverlet.

The 1 room apartment was very nice. It was top clean, including all dishes. This concerned us a bit before booking because we had read that the dishes had been rather dirty once or twice. But maybe this had happened before that the hosts missed that guests left things like pigs.. It happens. Everything was perfectly clean when we arrived. The bed is comfortable. The fridge not too loud. And the bar and enjoyments in front of the house are silent after midnight. The windows keep the sounds quiet too. What's absolutely fantastic is the close proximity to the beach (1-2 min)!!! The beach is stony as in Nice, so swimming shoes are recommended. Tipp: Visit Antibes for a sandy beach day! Walk from the train station Cros de Cagnes less than 10 min. Bus station to Nice, Cannes, Grasse and Antibes 5 min. Velo bleu rental 1 min. Supermarket, bakery, etc very close.

Great location only few metres from seafront. Nice quiet studio with outside space facing courtyard . Close to shops and public transport.

Had an issue with studio but was resolved with a phone call and were moved to another studio. Could provide extra pillows. Need to check coffee machine regularly as build up of limescale.

It was really close to the beach and the train station. It was easily accesable. Even tho there is a bar next to the building, you couldn't hear anything from the streets.

The only thing that I didn't like was that we had to have our curtains closed at all time because the surrounding buildings could have easily see through our window otherwise

The location was excellent. Had everything I needed, I cooked all my meals in. Was all in great working order and the bed super comfy. I was in my own, not sure if there were two people .

It’s a little dark , that didn’t bother me as I was out training most the time.

We like this property and have used a couple of times now for shorter breaks and the location is great for us.

We stayed for a week this time and feel a change of bedding and towels would be good, especially during the summer

The location of the apartment is amazing, it is about 50m from the beach. The apartment was clean and the small kitchen was perfect for our 2 night stay. The bathroom was new and the shower was amazing. Check in was extremely easy as you are given a code for the door and a lockbox to retrieve the key, making everything very seamless. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice location and newly refurbished room. Everything was clean and nice. Buses and trains close by as well as the sea and the services and restaurants.

Nice little place with fridge / kitchenette and everything you need to cook a meal on nights you're not eating out. Great location next to the beach and 5min walk from a train station.
