It was really spacious for the 6 of us. The bedrooms were great and it gave us extra space to spend time in relaxing after a busy day in Milan. Air conditioning was great across the apartment. The Metro station was only a 10 minute walk away and there was also a food court across the road if you didn’t want to cook in the evening. Olga was amazing in helping us getting sorted. She even walked us to the apartment and gave us extra information to benefit our stay.

As a family of 6 we needed to cook some meals otherwise it would be very expensive. The kitchen needed a few more utensils and apparatus to help with this.

The apartment is located to a huge food mall that is open late in the evening. Perfect for someone that likes to snack or get food late in the evening. The apartment was clean, and it is perfect for families with kids. My family and I traveled with two dogs, and even they felt comfortable in the apartment. The host was very engaging whenever we had any questions or requests.

Exceeded our expectations, very clean, a stone throw from Bicocca Village Mall, it has too many beautiful features to list but will definetly recommend to anyone that wants to enjoy a beautiful place to stay

Nothing, all was perfect

The location and building was good, close to metro 5, close to a mall. The price is also fine in comparison to other places. The apartment is big, equipped well. We had everything needed, except it was a strange thing for me that there was no working air conditioning, because it was central (like the heating) and not turned on in April?!

I didn't like the reception staff and check in procedure! Check in hours start from 3 in the afternoon, but I was 8 months pregnant and begged to be checked in a bit earlier (around 1). After 3 calls asking for understanding, I was assured they will try to check me in earlier and told that around 1, someone from the reception will call me and invite me to the property. Not only they didn't call, but once I went to check in (3:30), they didn't even know about my situation and were really rude. Also I didn't know it was a must to have not only a debit card, but credit! Otherwise, you cannot be checked it and they begging to shout to you. The girl, who took us to the property and gave us the key, said is was a new employee and was really nice, though!

Clean, new, spacious, comfortable, and modern. I drank bottled water in the fridge because it was too hot outside when I just arrived, and I was told that I wouldn’t be recharged extra, it was free :-) I also liked that after checking in the shopping mall, they would go with you to the apartment nearby to show everything inside and how to use different keys.

It was unpleasant smell in the apartment, and I couldn’t get rid of it despite keeping the windows open. I guess it is coming from the laundry machine in the bathroom.

Very large apartment, clean and comfortable. 10 minutes walking distance from Metro station.

Recommended parking was in shopping center Bicocca Village, where the reception is located. Unfortunately, this parking is target for criminals - I had a car break-in, my rear window was smashed during the night. Yes, I was warned that this parking is unguarded but I am sure that this was not the first break-in so this parking should be absolutely avoided because it is not safe.

The apartment is clean and well-kept. It’s great having a washing machine in the room, and the location is convenient, being close to a large supermarket.

The air conditioner isn’t very effective. It’s not a standard unit that blows cold air — instead, there seems to be a cooling system beneath the floor, which makes the floor cold.
