We were able to check in 30 minutes early at no extra charge, which was perfect after our six-hour drive from California. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the quick check-in process smooth. Our room was very clean and well-equipped with a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Plenty of towels and fully stocked toiletries were provided. The blackout curtain helped us get much-needed rest. Breakfast was included, and we appreciated the free late check-out because it gave us time to relax before the drive home. We stayed 1 night here for a concert at Desert Diamond Arena, and the location was ideal - walking distance to the venue and a lot of food options nearby. The facility was very clean, and the staff were great. No complaints. I would definitely stay again.

We were in town for the ASU football game, so the hotel was a great choice for visiting family in the Glendale/Peoria area. The room was very comfortable, especially the beds. We slept REALLY well! The breakfast was a nice array of selections of eggs (scrambled or hard boiled), spam, biscuits n gravy, sausage patties, roasted potato wedges, pancake machine, pastries, hot oatmeal, juices, etc. LOTS of choices. Staff were pleasant and efficient. Check-in/out was easy.

The only issue is that the drains in the room (sink and tub) were quite slow. I did bring it to the attention of the front desk staff.

It was centrally located to where we wanted to be. Continental breakfast was nice and the staff was really on top of keeping it stocked and clean. The shuttle was great and Cosmo was friendly and had great recommendations.

Some of the pool furniture needs to be replaced and there were a couple of broken loungers that hadn’t been removed.

well i planned on doing some work from room instead of in person thus i got the room for a night out then the work from room in morn well that didnt turn out. ruined the whole set up turns out i had to appear in person because the room phone didnt work totally messed up the day . other than that as indicated, the hotel n staff were fine

Room wasn’t ready when I got there. I was trying to check in at 3:30 and room wasn’t ready because housekeeping personnel was behind and I had to wait 30-40 more minutes they told me because there was more customers waiting for a room. My wait wasn’t that long by the way and I was offered a free drink while I was waiting.

I always stay at Holiday Inn. It's always so comfortable and the staff is AMAZING!

I prefer a ground floor room and I always make the request, but it's rare to be able to get it. I understand though, it's a hotel and first-come, first served. Not a deal breaker :)

Pool was awesome. Staff was very friendly. Room was very clean. Breakfast was good. Great location to walk to food and stores. Loved all of the lights available in the room! Able to make it bright if wanted. Most rooms are too dim now.

The heat/air was really loud when it kicked on but finally figured a temperature where it wasn't going on and off. The water pressure isn't great for rinsing long hair.

We loved everything about staying here from the staff being very helpful and polite to the nice pool, clean rooms and good breakfast! Would definitely stay here again!

If u plan on laying out by the pool u might have to time it right so the sun is directly overhead since the pool is in the courtyard and surrounded by 2 buildings u share with another hotel but wasn’t a big deal to us tho overall!

Standard breakfast however seating area was nice and comfortable and liked that there were tables outside with view of pool

Stayed 3 nights trash was taken out and towels replaced everyday however the beds were not made…I have stayed at Holiday Inn hotels many times and the beds were made daily.

I've always liked the location and the place is always clean & that I feel safe there.

This visit that someone was complaining of the TV being too loud, it was not that loud, the air conditioner was louder than the tv, so I did not sleep well... I don't bother anyone, ppl need to mind their own business.
