At my arrival the hotel looked nice and clean, staff was friendly and helpful. The room and location were perfect, nice clean and fresh air, due to my allergies this is very important. The rooms where nice and quiet, great space. The breakfast was delicious, the hall was a bit small, and they kept running out of food, but I suppose that this is a good thing, exceeding the demand. Microtel was fairly close, walking distance from the consulate, medical center, and finger-print office. Not to forget great restaurants close by, coffee shop and local mall at a walking distance. Microtel, helped with my stressfull trip, making it easy.

I had booked a different hotel before arriving at this location, which was disappointing to our expectations, wishing this would have been my first choice.

the staff! professional and friendly - made me feel very welcome from the first interaction. no-fuss check in and check out. excellent location!! simple but yummy breakfast; free-flowing complementary coffee at the lobby. there is a spa (Sade spa) and a 24-hour restaurant (Denny's) right next to the hotel. within 5 minutes walk to Starbucks and Las Missiones mall - love this! very efficient (just the right temperature) room heater, wifi and hot shower. a lot of movie channels (although everything in spanish 😁)

Everything about the property was great ! A great location everything we needed was in walking distance. We felt safe and the staff was awesome. The breakfast staff Flor and the Male cook was awesome they had a wonderful breakfast every morning. Claudia was alway asking if we needed anything for our room or for it to be clean she went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay . And Don Adrian was awesome !!

The location was picked because of its proximity to the us consulate. And the complimentary breakfast was very good.

I had to check out early did t use all the nights they make it very hard to get payment back for unused nights. Required sending picture of my ID credit card and credit card statements. Feels very insecure.

The hotel is very clean. Every one is very nice and helpful. The breakfast is good and if youre coming for the u.s consulate everything is within walking distance.

The washer and dryer dont work. We picked this hotel because it had that option. Seeing as its a long stay for us, we do need to wash our clothes. If they don't work I feel they should either discount the price or find some other options for clients who need the washers.

The front office staff was rude, they didnt have a microwave or fridge, needed a fridge to keep my baby’s milk from spoiling and heating up some food.

the location is amazing and just a 200 meters from the consulate and everything. the built gong is very well made and there’s no noise or you can’t hear the neighbors like many other hotels. the breakfast was very good, we have some scrambled eggs and chilaquiles. fruit etc. the value is really good for the price

the check in was very slow and made wait about 20 people until 3 pm but other than that it was good the water wasn’t hot in the morning !!!!

The room was clean

no pool, not alot of ammenities. It would be nice to have a bigger gym or other open areas to relax for a morning coffee other than the front lobby.

Breakfast was great, many options. Comfortable beds. Staff are very nice and welcoming. ☺️👏 would definitely recommend!

Gym was inadequate and washer not functioning.

The staff was exceptionally attentive to our needs . The location was perfect for us as well. The breakfast was part of our favorite time of day as the staples of beans and eggs were always available along with daily varieties such as soup, potatoes, chilaquiles, etc. The wifi was reliable. There was also a vending machine that came in handy once at night when we felt the need to drink some mineral water when we felt bloated from dinner. The suite bedrooms have tons of lights throughout and a mini fridge with microwave and sink. If we ever have to travel again to this area, we will undoubtedly return here again. Our suite was 219.

The laundry facilities. The washing machine didn't leave my clothes as fresh as I would have hoped as some of our clothes still smelled of sweat while others didn't. The dryer tore one of my blouses and husband's shirts. A small detail that I disliked was the carpet throughout the hotel. It looked very worn down and dirty (although I knew the staff cleaned daily) and the paint on the walls looks like it could use a new coat since the walls are stained in a few spots throughout the building.
