We loved the staff, the location, the breakfast buffet and the hotel structure.

We liked everything.

Very comfortable and near the city center and the main beach; Excellent wireless; Very good breakfast.

Some unfriendly staff, found ants in the room, the cook does not know how to fry eggs for breakfast ...

The staff are a credit to this hotel. Every one of them work extremely hard to keep everything to a high standard. From the reception, the restaurant guys, the bar staff and the groundsman working outside on hot days to keep the outdoor and pool area pristine. Your work did not go unnoticed. Thank you. We have stayed a couple of years running and will be returning next May.

The extra charge for the gym although it wasn’t clear if this included a PT.

I would like to highlight the exceptional staff, from the reception (welcoming, helpful and efficient) to the cleaners who were always smiling and polite, to the restaurant staff, similarly friendly and helpful, joking with the children, and patient with all our requests. Everyone who worked there seems genuinely pleased to see us. The cooking was also flagged as excellent by my mother in law, who has high standards!

I really cannot fault anything.

Everything was great, live music at night at the hotel entrance, affordable bar prices. Would like to try the spa but it was not included so didn't try, perhaps you guys could think of adding it in future packs. The pool and the food were all I needed, different everyday and good overall.

We booked this because of the spa facilities as it was a winter break. Initially they charged 10E each to use the facility a lot of the equipment wasn’t working though although the pool sauna and steam room were but the majority of the time the various jacuzzis weren’t. A man came and fixed them and then they said the charge was 17.50E each which were never told about so we used it less then. The budget room was quite roomy.

Facilities on ground floor were great .Pool and leisure area also gym . Great

Rooms were small for the price paid. The breakfast wasn’t great . No fresh berries or seeds to go with muesli . We did get porridge one day which was good . The toaster was terrible -it was so slow and dangerous I felt .

The room was nice and comfortable, we had a balcony with a sea view. The breakfast had great offer and the food was really nice. We also enjoyed the swimming pool and the spa, everything was great! The hotel is very nicely located within walking distance from the beach and restaurantes

A bit old, doors were pretty noisy, for the value I would expect more investment to the hotel to make it more modern.

Good location, allocated room with lovely sea views. Great daily choice of breakfast items. Fair price and decent buffet dinner. Clean pool and nice pool area

Cocktails were not good. A bit dusty underneath the beds.
