Staff were great. Easy check-in. Good location of our room. Spacious balcony. Upgraded our all-inclusive, which included bottled water, branded spirits, and extra cocktails. The hotel also kindly put fruit and wine in our room as we were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary. Lovely touch and much appreciated Food, not as big as a selection as we've seen in other hotels, however, we chose the hotel because we wanted a smaller hotel and the food selection reflected this and smaller number of guests. That said, we always found something tasty to eat, at least 2 dishes being cooked fresh in front of us by the chefs each evening Lots of fresh salads, cheeses, bread, desserts, ice cream and fruit. The coffee was especially good.

Breakfast was 8 -10am, 10.30 would have been better as really you needed to get there by 9.40 as the door was shut at 10 and staff were poised to clear up as soon as the last person left / asked if you wanted anything else before they started clearing. Staff were very friendly and efficient.

we arrived and was met alex at reception and everything from there got better, all the staff were polite and very helpful, the food was great and a good selection there was something for everyone the pools were great and plenty of sun loungers around them also a pool bar with plenty there for all ages, the entertainment in the bar was good and somthing different each night, found for the amount of people there it was quiet and relaxing,the rooms very clean and kept that way , the towels were changed every two days unless you needed it done before you just asked one of the cleaners,

there was nothing to complain about we was well looked after.

Nice chilled vibe not too busy. Plenty of sunbeds. Pour your own beer on the bar. Fab daytime entertainment, Stefano was fantastic! Great staff in general. Lovely big clean rooms.

Food was a bit inconsistant and not loads of variety. Children may struggle. The pools were both a bit deep with no shallow ends. Location was a bit of a walk to the main centre. Nighttime entertainment could be better we went out most nights.

Hotel clean, nice rooms and spacious. Welcoming drink and snacks. Plenty space to find your spot for relax by pool or bar. Food nice always something different every day. Staff friendly and polite. Entertainment every night and during a day good but could be better. Location a bit farr from main shops/night-life but if you happy to walk 15min or drive that not too far ;) nice place to stay.

Entertainment very poor, first night duo excellent 2nd night acrobats very poor didn't like at all and 3rd Micheal, supposedly Reggae singer at best very poor Karaoke singer Disappointed that in premium drinks no Smirnoff Vodka at pool bar or Red label whisky and in main bar no red label whisky also We loved the hotel and we thought the lounge bar for the evening entertainment was quite tired, could do with an upgrade

Variety of food good, amenities good. Rooms large, well decorated with large balcony & comfy beds. Spotlessly clean. Beach 10 mins walk away & Market area was very close to hotel, which had little shops, bars & restaurants to wander through with live music on Sundays. Entertainment at pool good (if you enjoy this). Had a variety of different entertainment at night, too, which wasn't bad.

A little too far from Main Street, Music Square and Old Town, but if you are fit, it is walkable.

The rooms are spotlessly clean and nicely furnished with a great comfy bed! Food was plentiful with a good variety.

The sun beds around the pool are very close together giving a very cramped feeling when sunbathing. I also didn’t enjoy the evening entertainment so didn’t stay in the bar ( which is the only place to access the all inclusive drinks in the evening.) but overall I would still rate this hotel as good value for money

The room and the meals were very good. There was a bottle of red wine as a welcome gift and every day they left two bottles of water in the room. Entertainment was a lot of fun.

Cocktails don't look good. I only tried the Negroni which was not good, but there are other options like wines and beer so it is not a big deal.

The breakfast was ok. Our room was big and had terrace with sun the whole day. It is 20 minutes walk to town center. I liked staying at this hotel. Everything was clean.

I liked the playlist they were playing outside but it was the same every day and would have bin nice to change

Very good dinner, every day was something different. Nice location, just a walking distance from Corralejo main town and Corralejo Dune park.

Wi-fi in the room might be a bit better, but it wasnt an issue
