We had a wonderful stay at All Seasons Boutique Hotel! From the moment we arrived, Carina, the hotel manager, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—even staying up until midnight to check us in. She was always friendly, and we truly appreciated the great conversations we had with her during our stay. The self-catering facilities were excellent, the space was generous and comfortable, and everything we needed was right at our fingertips. The hotel was well-equipped, clean, and thoughtfully maintained. We genuinely enjoyed every night we spent there and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Thank you, Carina, for making our stay so memorable!

All Seasons Boutique Hotel is a wonderful property in a safe part of the Pretoria suburbs. Carina, the manager, is lovely and gracious and very responsive. It is easy to get around via Uber and you can get to/from the property via Uber without any issues regardless of the time of day.

The only reason why I gave it 9/10 and not 10/10 is because breakfast wasn’t offered. However, a fine restaurant serving breakfast was recommended and it was a short Uber ride away.

As always, this guesthouse was lovely. My room was comfortable and perfect for me to work and attend my meetings when I wasn't visiting with my inlaws. It felt like a home from home and Carina was lovely, helpful and welcoming as always. I highly recommend this guesthouse and it's one I always try to stay at when we're in town visiting the inlaws.

My tv didn't connect to the internet, but honestly it wasn't a big deal - I was able to watch on my laptop anyway.

First of all, it's gorgeous. It's very elegantly decorated and has beautiful views all road. We felt very safe and comfortable throughout our stay and the staff is friendly. We felt very relaxed and comfortable, and all the appliances and amenities were perfect.

We were hoping for a microwave, but everything else was perfect

Wow, what an amazing place. The view from the balcony is fabulous. The service very high level and most of all very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very spacious and well laid out. TV is standard free to air channels, so bring your own TV stick if you want your favourite pay per view channels. The bathroom and rooms were spotless. I will definitely stay here again when back in Pretoria.

I could not find any fault with this guest house. All was as advertised. All was spotlessly clean and well laid out.

We - a family of four - stayed in this B & B for three days and we really enjoyed it. We had a self catering appartement and everything we needed was available. The view from the appartement was also quite beautiful. The area furthermore felt very safe and restaurants and supermarkets were nearby. There is also safe parking.

I was so happy before I got to experience the place. The Manager is a very friendly soul and so caring for her guest. we received a phone call from her the before we left our house checking on us. The service was excellent 👌 the place is amazing the food is the best I will definitely go back again. The hotel was wonderful from the moment I set foot on the premises. Carina met me at my car and I felt instantly welcomed. My stay was comfortable. I was able to work comfortably, I slept well because it was so peaceful and it was a short drive to and from my family. What a wonderful place. I will certainly be back on my next visit.

The bathrooms were so clean and neat! The bedrooms were amazing. The host and the helpers were so friendly. Carina was unable to come to welcome us, but she gave us a call to check if everything was okay and let us know about loadshedding. She was so lovely and was always available when I called. There were charged lights for the loadshedding which we appreciated. There was ample parking and amenities were close by. Really loved this place and will definitely be going back when we are in Pretoria again!

Everything was perfect. Didn't like that our stay ended so quickly! :(

Big room, very comfy beds. Balcony is a bonus. Quiet neighborhood. Swimming pool looked great, but it was to cold to swim. Host was very kind and were prepared to go the extra mile.

Shower warm water took very long to get hot. Didn't know we need to book breakfast in advance. Might be better to have own transport if you stay here.
