This place is amazing! A good location, a cozy clean room with all that you need (a comfortable bed, a refrigerator, a safe, a great terrace), a clean pool near the bar where you can always take a cup of perfect coffee! The owner, Cris, is really a soul of this place! He is very nice, attentive, friendly, positive and always will find good words for everyone. I really would like to come back here again and will recommend it to my friends. Thank you for nice emotions and memories!

The a/c is one of the quietest I have ever experienced. The selection of TV Channels was outstanding. Chris is perhaps the friendliest and most eager to please host I have met. All the things that needed to work, did work.

The curtains in my room did a very poor job of blocking out the sun. Not a problem if you get up at sunrise. Not so good if you don't. The hotel needs a bell or alert to tell Chris of new arrivals. If the front door is shut and he is at the pool, or otherwise busy, you have to wait a while for somebody to let you in.

Perfect location. Very friendly and helpful host, who gives you all the needed information about the surroundings, and organizes you a drive to the airport. For a Finnish visitor an extra (and decisive) bonus was availability of the sauna. And yes - unlike in so many places - here you are allowed to throw water on the stove and there is a bucket for that!

If there was water in the pool, would have been nice to jump in after the sauna. However, as this was out of tourist season, I cannot really complain of that either..

Gorgeous cute place, excellent experience, the best location, very professional staff, clean and welcoming hotel. The best experience ever. Forever good memories created there. The hotel has a pool and breakfast included in the price, and they speak all the languages required as per the needs of the customers.

Small, nice, well maintained hotel and amabile staff. You also benefit from a buffet breakfast. The staff and especially the owner Chris are extremely attentive and responsive to guests. Chris is always there if you need anything, never gets tired! The old town Nessebar, is within walking distance, easy to reach on foot. The beach is not far away! Mamma Mia Chris, you are the best!

We liked the owner Mr. Chris very much. Very welcoming and helpful with joyful personality. Hotel is nice and clean and in perfect location. We liked everything: room, swimming pool, sauna and people. Breakfast was included in a price, we liked also. We loved this hotel coming back in couple days to stay longer.

The bed was fantastic! I would like to take a minute to express my gratitude to Chris, the Italian owner. The personal touch and friendly smile to me matters above all. I am looking forward to the summer, when I will definitely return to Italia hotel.

The bathroom was a bit cold, but we pretty well understand Nessebar and its hotels are a summer destination...

The hotel is located 3-400 meters from the entrance in the old Nesebar and there is also a parking 200 meters from the hotel, costing 8 leva for 4 to 24 hours. The room is OK, the hotel is located on a side street so no much noise. The breakfast is not exceptional and is served near the pool. The bed is round and very confortable.

I didn't like the attitude of the manager who is in the same time the receptionist of the hotel. Although we announced that we'll arrive late (around 23 hours) and he didn't bother to answer, he was very unpleased that we were so late and kept telling us that next time he would not open the door. Maybe we awoke him at that hour. It is after all a hotel and should have an available receptionist.

I very much enjoyed my 5-night stay at this hotel which is well located between the Old City and Sunny Beach. My room was comfortable, including the novelty of sleeping in a round bed! The pool was a bonus. The plated breakfast was very generous - with ever coming offers of more! The host, Chris, was delightful - always pleasant and helpful to deal with - as was his lovely wife.
