The location is good, rooms are pretty clean

Our bed was horribly uncomfortable, big dip on one side. The staff refuses to put out the non-dairy creamer. Only puts out half and half. The coffe was full of grounds for 2 mornings. We were supposed to get room clean up "every other day", but never got it once. Had to ask for clean towels each time. I saw cleaning lady, she does not vacuum rooms between guests.

Wall near the bed had what looked like coffee (we hope) stains running down it. Used a antibacterial wipe and washcloth to clean it off Breakfast is posted as starting at 6am weekdays but food wasn’t out most days until 6:30. One day hot foods were gone by 8:30 and we had to ask to have them refilled.

I loved the options for breakfast!! They had blueberry topping for the waffles and little bottles of chocolate milk! Absolutely delicious. The only downside was the pool was closed due to repairs. My son and i went on a road trip and picked this hotel just for the pool. Hope you guys get it fixed soon! Other than that, everything about our stay was perfect. From staff and water pressure, to bed and pillow comfort, you guys were on point!

i left my truck key in room /they found and said they would mail,but kept telling me it was in the mail. then after almost 3 weeks i called and was told it was in lost and found. then was told it would cost $30.00 to mail so i said charge iit o my card still they never sent it .I found a friend who went and picked it up and mailed for $5.00. wish they hadn't lied so much,because we had planed to come back .

This was the cleanest and best looking hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The staff member that checked me in was the greatest and very polite. I must also say their TV was the simplest and best operating equipment I’ve ever had at a hotel stay. I was Extremely Impressed with everything.

The couch / sofa was not very comfortable to sit on.

I just found out that Marriott has more good breakfast options than most hotels I have stayed at. They have several whole nut and dried fruit options to go with the granola and whole grain cereals. Specialty breads and muffins were great! Major brand yogurt that actually had live and active cultures. Several hot breakfast items that are better quality. That gives you a great start that doesn’t mess with blood sugar levels!

The breakfast was good. The room was very nice and clean. Toilet was a low profile. This would not be good for older people. My mother would not be able to get up off the toilet without assistance. There was other family in another room identical to ours. They paid much less using your service. $20 less per night. Doesn't seem quite fair. Next time I will compare with other service providers.

I have stayed in many hotels in the last 7 days during my travel. In this hotel only I could see two water bottles kept in the room. It is a great gesture by the hotel, to offer this to travellers when they check-in. In other hotels (including Mariot) asked me to pay $2 to pick up a water bottle when I checked-in.

Nothing to mention.

The property was clean and quiet. They had complimentary hair products mounted in the shower as well as shelving to store your own. The breakfast was amazing and the lobby had coffee and tea around the clock. The staff was friendly and acknowledged you quickly.

The entrances to the parking lot are a little tough to exit, due to bushes on either side, added to the fact the property is on a curve. I found it difficult to see oncoming traffic while leaving the lot.
