Really high-quality hotel, one of the best if not the best you can get in Herzeg Novi front-beach line. The hotel is new and the maintenance and cleaningness is at the highest level. Beautiful views from the rooms covering big part of Kotor bay. I recommend the hotel restaurant for lunch or dinner. Really great food. Always fresh. The best we have had over the course of our one-week trip covering Croatia and Montenegro. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The infinite pool is really nice. Clean and with beatiful views. One of the best part was the hotel beach. Very well maintained. Sunbeds always available for hotel guests. Fresh-water showers available. Towels process working very well. The biggest surprise and for me (as a diver) the biggest advantage of the hotel was the sea nearby hotel. The water was very clean, lots of different fishes and even there was plenty of anemones, too! Perfect spot for scuba diving accessible from the hotel!

Every aspect of this hotel is superb. It’s located on a quiet area of a beach with its own area offering free towels, sun beds and parasols. There is a promenade running miles next to the beach with bars and restaurants a short walk away if you want them. The hotel is spotlessly clean and smells divine. Our room was large with a comfortable bed, outstanding views and welcome air conditioning. The maids did a first class job of cleaning it every day. The receptionists are helpful, efficient, friendly and the best I’ve ever come across. We paid for half board and both breakfast and dinner had a huge choice of food - I’m vegetarian and both my husband, a meat eater, and I had a good choice every day. Food and crockery were restocked constantly by ample staff and tables were waited on by first class waiters. The thing that really stuck out for me was how every member of staff was just so good. They all went over and above every day whilst appearing happy to do so. Parking is available on site at a cost of €10 per day. The infinity swimming pool was again spotlessly clean and a delight to be in when the sun was beating down. Drinks can be ordered from your sun bed around the pool or on the beach. This is easily one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in with the best staff I’ve ever encountered.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the hotel but I should mention the restaurant as it may be a consideration for families. There is a fabulous restaurant seating area overlooking the sea where you can eat your food whilst enjoying the view. The promenade cuts between this area and the hotel restaurant itself and although not many, cars and vans can drive along for access and deliveries. This didn’t affect us at all but if you are travelling with children you would need to be alert to ensure they didn’t run straight across.

Location opposite the beach . Walk along promenade to the old town . Near the cathedral and also short walk to a vineyard . We upgraded our rooms and had balcony and seaview . Well worth it . Great modern room with comfortable bed , aircon , bathrobes , shampoo and conditioner , shower gel , hairdryer . Big white towels and slippers . Mini fridge and tea / coffee making . Pool was small but good and sunbeds . Plus sunbeds on by the beach which was adjacent to the restaurant . Had paid lunch at the restaurant- salad etc very nice . Quiet hotel . Adults only here .

The breakfast for me could be better There was cereal / milk and yoghurt . However one day I think there were figs / dates but no any other day . Fresh fruit - one day there was banana , another day strawberries . There was pear but rather tasteless and hard as were nectarines . My husband looked the cooked breakfast but I could have done with more fresh fruit . The octane juice was watery ( watered down ) For me it’s fresh orange juice . Fruit and cereal . The tea and coffee was too queue for - no tea pot and no jug for milk . Coffee was from same machine . Always a queue for this and the tea was not nice This for me could be improved . Apart from this which I guess is minor the hotel was very good and excellent value for money

The breakfast was delicious, and the location was truly exceptional. The buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, catering to everyone’s tastes, and the view from our dining spot was absolutely spectacular. I had mistakenly booked the wrong dates and was in a different country at the time, effectively double-booking my stay. The team at Hotel Perla was incredibly kind and understanding of my situation. Without any additional charges, they changed my booking dates and accommodated me seamlessly. This hotel truly values its guests and shows genuine care, unlike many places that focus solely on profit. I’ve traveled to many destinations, but I’ve never experienced this level of service before. I’m truly grateful to the entire team for making my stay smooth and stress-free. Wonderful people—especially the reception team—absolutely first-class.

We stayed from June 18-26 and loved it there! It was exceptional clean, stuff was very friendly and everyone speaks English pretty well. Food was delicious and had great variety. We will definitely go again. Met some nice people and formed wonderful friendships. Special thanks to manager Zana, she was so helpful and wonderful. Beautiful person inside and out, and great at her job! I am looking forward to go there again hopefully next year!

There is nothing we didn't like. They definitely went above and beyond to serve as well in any way. We honestly didn't expect it to be so nice. We went to Montenegro many times, but this was best time ever.

Buffet breakfast and dinner were both very good. The sea was clean, and the view - picturesque. Everyone was welcoming, nice and ready to help. The hotel is situated in a quiet area, away from crowds of people. It was very convenient that we had enough hot water in the shower, because there were two water heaters.

The ventilation was not perfect, so it was quite stuffy at times. The only way to dry anything was to hang it outside, fortunately, there was a rack there for that. The design of locks led to some inconvenience due to the absence of the key hole on the inner side of the door.

The location of the place, cleanliness, beach area and the pool are excellent. It is just 15 minute walk to the old town.

Found the staff very abrupt and food hygiene even worse. Watching someone blow their nose on their handkerchief and then wipe their hands on their jeans and continue to make omelettes was not pleasant. Breakfast really poor, coffee even worse. 3 of our group were ill after eating fruit here (the only common denominator) I would stay again, but skip the breakfast.

The superior room was great. The pool was very nice and never overcrowded. The laundry service was prompt and they did a great job. They offer a breakfast buffet which was really good with lots of options. The staff was nice and helpful, they booked transport to our next stop and the car and driver they arranged were both great.

We didn’t give them a heads up on our arrival time so the air conditioner wasn’t on and the room was hot the first night. After that it was great. Be sure to give them your arrival time and they will have the room cooled down for you.

Breakfast delicious. Location perfect, just a short walk to the old town. Very comfortable sunbeds on the beach. Beautifully clean everywhere it looks like it has been renovated since my last visit? Loved Perla Hotel, this was my 4th visit.

There was a language barrier with some of the staff regarding ordering food/ drink at the restaurant and on the beach. Obviously I don’t expect them all to speak English, but twice I received the wrong drink! Otherwise they were all friendly.

Lovely newly renovated hotel on the ocean. Friendly welcoming staff - fluent in English and incredibly helpful. Location allows east access (15min walk) into the old town - well maintained promenade allows access. Hotel has a great Sauna and pool.

'Beach' is a vey loose term in Montenegro. Prepare for sunlounges on a concrete slab - but this is not unique to Perla and common place. The warm water and setting make sure you quickly forget about the concrete
