We stayed at the service apartment for 7 nights and everything was absolutely perfect. The location was ideal, the apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. From the amenities provided to the overall upkeep, everything was up to the mark. A small word of caution: make sure to keep your valuable belongings with you and try to avoid letting janitorial staff in when you're not around. That said, the Pillowtalks management was excellent — always responsive and available almost 24/7 on WhatsApp. Their support made the stay smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommended!

The key retrieval was an easy process as all the instructions were clear. Although a minor disadvantage is that some times the id card doesn't work on the main building entrance so we had to wait for other guest for entry.

It would be more pleasant had laundry necessities were provided, as it would be a waste to purchase a laundry detergent for a short stay. It isn't necessary but would be extremely appreciated nonetheless.

We enjoyed our stay here, it's location very close to KLCC and the night market at Jalan Alor, also short ride from KL Sentral. The rooftop pool and city views were incredible! Our apartment was very comfortable. We only stayed one night, but would definitely come back for a longer visit in KL.

Location, clean, efficient check in, we always stay in the Robertson apartments.

Kitchen had a few ants meaning all food must be kept sealed in the fridge.

Admin very good respon So many shop that apartment area ( Mamak & western ) 10 minit walk to Sungai Wang plaza & Pavilion

Everythings was good .. 😍 Next time will stay here again .. Easy excess to Mall ( So many restaurants )

Only proved 3 quilts for a 4 person stay but was resolved

Bed mattress on the floor. No glasses to drink, no tea towel no knife but one was supplied on request. we bought some and left them there. Owner/manager didn’t respond to texts. Very basic and not very clean

Linens and towels are not totally dry. Replied from pillowtalks, was they used "Febreze" fabric cleaner..Wondered if they are replaced with new clean ones or just sprayed with these fabric cleaner,?

I must mention that the bathroom condition was quite poor—the smell was very unpleasant and remained even after using air freshener. Unfortunately, due to this, I don't feel the apartment is suitable for a comfortable stay. I hope this can be addressed for future guests.
