Great quiet location, nice amenities, including stunning swimming pool and nice sauna.

The staff is supeer friendly, the breakfast is amazing! Facilities clean, and always open for use!

Location for what we needed, price, swimming pool.

No staff on weekend. Check in or check out and at breakfast. Sunday morning breakfast time was 08:30 to 11 and we went down at 09:30 and there was no hot food left bar two mini small sausages each. No orange juice or apple juice just empty bottles and malt bread with the last two most well done (not burnt) croissants. 🥐 The room only had 1/3rd of a toilet roll left over from previous guests. Just enough for two adult males (my 17 year old son and myself). No staff present at weekends to ask ! So it seemed and so was explained in the laminated cards. But location value for money over night stay with the clean room was good.

The room was comfortable, decently sized and clean. Most importantly, it had a powerful fan. The location was quiet, and the price was reasonable for what was offered. The pool was an awesome addition and very clean. I greatly enjoyed being able to go for a morning swim before checking out.

The music in the spa area was utterly terrible. Radio Ballermann, really? Plus, the sauna isn’t available for half the day. The walls are a bit thin, I could hear my neighbours talking. Thankfully they were fairly quiet, but this could’ve turned ugly with loud neighbours. Staff did not come when I rang the bell (10 AM).

This is a hidden gem. Maybe lacking the glamout and glitz as the high priced hotels. It was in a quiet neighborhood but only about 4 Km from Augsburg center. Easy to get to and from. Staff was super friendly and helpful even though not sitting waiting for you. Instead you ring a buzzer & they are quickly there to assist. Room was small but comfortable. The absolute high point is the outstanding pool, spa, & sauna !!! Breakfast was more than adequate. I would use again.

Parking was a bit limited. It is ls located on a very narrow side street. There are 3 or 4 spaces in front of hotel then parallel parking on the street. In sipte of that, I had no problem finding close parking.

I live in one city my friend lives in another, Augsburg is a nice in-between. We like to relax in the sauna and pool and go out for the evening. This time we made reservations at Viet Com across the street. The only draw back, not very many drink options at the restaurant. We walked back and found cocktails and wine for reasonable prices at the hotel. It was a nice point of relaxation in the Christmas madness.

The shower could have used a wall scrub down. Some of the decor could use updating. The staff were super lovely.

Hotel on 1st view looks very nice and clean, personal was friendly, also good coffee for free was a nice plus. Thank you We booked it for swimming pool, but 1st day water was very cold (sauna was appreciated)

Metal window was completely wet at the morning by condensate air, external rolo didn't work (we used only inner rolo). Some details in the room - you can see that it's old and used (therefore lower score), but in general for lower price thanks to Genius it was OK and nice stay.

Amazing place. Beautifully decorated. Tons of amenities in the price. Amazing swimming pool, sauna plus a fitness raum. Exceptionally clean. Great location, close to the Autobahn. Loads of food options nearby. Parking available as well. All in all a 10/10 stay. Would definitely visit again.

The property can have a faster response time for the messages in booking.com. the room could have a water heater at least.

Quiet, relaxed vibe. Felt like I was the only guest sometimes. Very clean. Free coffee.

Was sometimes difficult to find an employee. The middle of my mattress was very sunken, needs replacing.
