The location is in a nice neighborhood, close to many restaurants and shopping, and is very safe at all hours. The Staff was exceptional!!! Very friendly and helpful. The room is very spacious and well decorated with a great view of the city especially at night.

My stay was very enjoyable so these two are extremely minor points; had some troubles initially with my TV, but Walter was quick to help resolve this issue. The second, the breakfast was fine but possibly could have offered a bit more. Examples; Bacon, Gravy, Sausage….but that’s more for American taste, so no real issues at all.

Hotel located right across the road from a huge shopping center. Close to the beach. Especially suitable for sleeping and walking. Clean, comfortable hotel. Breakfast is okay (with vegetables and fruits). Excellent location for those looking for shopping and lots of pubs and restaurants on the street. This area is better than the old city and the port. A newer area is more modern and more sympathetic.

Everything was perfect during my stay at the hotel (accommodation and outstanding location). I would like to highlight the excellent support provided by Javier (receptionist), who assisted me throughout my stay. He was especially helpful as I was traveling to a meeting outside Montevideo and needed support with both my room and transportation to the location.

Amazing location, friendly staff, great breakfast offering. Could not have been happier with our stay. We had to change our booking from another hotel at the last minute and we are so happy we did.

Only thing that could have been better was that the exhaust fan in the bathroom was broken.

Gym was closed almost half my stay, but eventually was open, super small gym. I'd expect to have a coffee machine on the room, there was just water heater

The room had everything as described in Booking, the bed was very comfortable, the Wifi connection was very good, breakfast was varied and tasty, the location is great because the hotel is just 1 block away from the Punta Carretas Shopping Center and many restaurants, as well as it is close to the rambla.

Everything was fine, I cannot complain.

The elevator was a bit slow, but generally all was good :)

Breakfast: Limited selection available for price. However, conveniently available early when other options in the area not yet available.

Limited parking facility. Garage is small and narrow, therefore not used much. Was able to get Toyota Corolla in with some effort. Nearby Shopping garage available but on overnight basis too expensive and not convenient because of limited hours of different sections and contracting extremely complicated.

An absolutely amazing hotel in Punta Carretas. Barely 100 yards from the coast, very friendly English-speaking staff. A lot of restaurants and other infrastructure around, a mall just a block away. Many bus lines. I was staying in a large clean room on the 7th floor, amazingly decorated, with very nice zoned lighting. Huge Samsung TV on the wall, satellite box. Really nice big shower. The climate control in rooms is fully automatic, over the course of stay literally hadn't to think about temperature for a minute. Sound insulation is unusually good for the region. Definitely will consider again.

Only minor stuff, but if I'm being nitpicky... The breakfast is average, I've had much better. Coffee at reception is for additional fee, and no water. Lighting control was weird in some respects. The elevators call buttons are monodirectional, so had a few run-ins with people going opposite direction.

No mosquito nets on the windows, despite the nice temperatures we could not open the windows because of many mosquitoes outside - otherwise all very good
