We really enjoyed the stay in Hotel Touring. It is right in the centre and so convenient to restaurants, shops and other interest points. The room is so modern and a lot of space for storage. My husband and I were traveling from NZ to Italy for 4 weeks. We had quite a lot of stuff including hiking gear etc.. I love the breakfast, a lot of varieties, tasty and good quality. Besides, I want to give a huge thank-you to Isabella, who was super friendly and helpful. Isabella gave us a lot of tips where to visit, what's worth and what's not. She helped our laundry as well even the hotel does not usually provide this service. Finally, I want to say thanks to Tiziana. Tiziana is the first Italian I ever met who can speak Chinese so fluently. Tiziana helped keeping our suitcases for 2 weeks while we were doing the Alta Via 2 in the Dolomites for free. When we back to pick up the luggage, both Isabella and Tiziana were in the front desk and welcomed us in the way just like the old friends were back. I have to say it was such a warm feeling while we traveling overseas. 谢谢你，我的朋友Tiziana!如果还有机会再去Verona,一定再去Hotel Touring.

Upon arrival we were greeted by friendly reception staff. Our room was spacious and very clean. The beds were large and comfortable. Lots of shelving to unpack. The shower was amazing, great pressure with rainfall shower head. Breakfast offerings were delicious and fresh with hot and cold items. Cappuccinos were wonderful. The location is excellent being close to piazzas and restaurants. The area around the hotel is safe and Verona is a very walkable city, although you have to be aware of vehicles driving fairly fast down tight cobblestoned roads.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Boutique Hotel Touring in Verona. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their warmth truly made us feel at home and made Verona feel like an even more special place in our memories. The room was spotless and very comfortable, with everything we could ask for. Perhaps only a small suitcase stand would be a nice addition, but it wasn’t an issue at all. The breakfast was delicious and diverse – a perfect start to each day. Overall, we feel we received much more than we paid for, in both service and experience. Thank you again for everything – we would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Verona!

Excellent location for this hotel, most attractions were walking distance. We stayed in a junior suite at the end of a corridor which was quiet, spacious and clean. The bathroom was huge with a choice of a bath or shower. Mini-bar was fabulous which allowed us to store some chilled items during our stay, however, the drinks in the mini bar are chargeable.. We would definitely stay here again.

No restaurant on site if you wanted a bite to eat. Lobby lacking atmosphere. No English TV channels. Air conditioning was not functional and the panel in the room was unresponsive. No body lotion in the bathroom. No biscuits with tea/coffee facilities.

This place was a hidden gem. The hotel feels new although it's not. Every aspect of our stay was outstanding, and it was an incredible value. The hotel is 2 blocks from Piazza Erbe which is loaded with cafes and restaurants and about a 5-minute walk to Piazza Bra which also has a wide variety of eating establishments. The King size beds were a welcome sight in Europe and the bathrooms were very modern. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of breads, pastries, fruits, juices, meats, cheeses, scrambled eggs and bacon to choose from. Staff were on-hand to prepare an expresso, latte, or whatever your choice. We would have stayed longer if our schedule permitted. It is a long way from the train station, but it is well worth the effort. Don't miss it if you are visiting Verona!

The morning staff were super nice, especially the staff from the breakfast! Very nice too ladies offering wonderful capuccinos and they were super attentive and helpful. The size of the room was very nice, especially the size of the bathroom. It is also nice that the room has an external shade.

The night staff at the reception was not very friendly and has not offered to help with our luggages. While I was parking, my wife made the checkin and she had to handle the 2 big luggages on her own. I would expect the staff to offer help, at least. There is also a green light (security, fire, smoke?) at the ceiling. Even though that was already covered with a tape, it was super bright... and this might be a problem for some people while trying to sleep. And finally, there were many trash bins in front of the hotel, on the street... and this can be very noisy while the truck is collection the garbage early in the morning.

Perfect location in the heart of historic centre and the building has been recently totally renovated. Our room was very quiet, clean and comfortable with large twin beds. The breakfast was good with a wide range of selection of various items.

AC was in practice manageable only by reception personnel and in our case had to be closed altogether to avoid the freezing breeze above the bed during night. Breakfast room is not very cosy and was quite cramped at the busiest hours. The same area is called "the hotel bar" and service is provided by reception personnel only. However we were always served from the bar when requested.

Everything was perfect. We stayed 5 days at the hotel and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. It’s located in the heart of the old town but you don’t hear any street noise when in the room. The staff is the best part. They go above and beyond to help you with anything you need and always with a big smile. Everyone, from the manager to the whole team, were the highlight of the trip. The facilities are very new and in great shape

the best location, walking distance to any important place, center but quiet, cleaned and comfortable room, good breakfasts and it is important to note (10 minutes before the end of breakfast the staff can renew the food). Late in the evening they always give you excellent wine and you can go up to your room with a glass. I want to thank the staff!!! for allowing a free late check-out at 13.00 although the hotel was completely!!! booked and the staff had an hour to prepare the room for the next guest. We had a late train and thanks to the staff we were able to take a shower and travel to Zurich comfortably - it was very important! Thank you!

My wife had very expensive dresses and we were afraid to give them to be ironed, and there was no iron in the room. This is also important if you arrive in the evening and need to go to the opera, but there is no one and nothing to iron with. There is nowhere to dry towels - the dryers are turned off. In the heat, you often want to take a shower and dry yourself with dry towels

It is a lovely authentic building from the outside and has been superbly modified inside. All of the modern facilities which are expected in a hotel were present. The room was modern and well equipped. As the day time temperatures were between 32 and 34 degrees C, the air conditioning throughout was an absolute godsend. From the moment we arrived, the receptionist and staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We felt really welcome and home from home. Breakfast in the morning was ample for us with a large selection of options to choose from. Self service buffet meant we could pick our choice for the day. This was accompanied by a freshly prepared cappuccino and my favourite multi vitamin fruit juice.

We don’t have any negative feedback for the hotel.
