Amazing location, great facilities (pool, trails, smores night etc), generally friendly towards families. Bed was very comfortable and rooms were quiet despite the place being so busy. front desk staff was very responsive. all in all we had a great weekend at suncadia and would return

Our room had all sorts of issues - the balcony was dirty with some pink powder and beer can, there was blood on the bathroom floor and walls by the toilet (showing no one really bothered to clean the bathroom floors), the dishwasher smelled like mold. we alerted the staff and this was fixed (bar the pink powder on the balcony) but I’d have assumed the cleaning staff would have done a better job. They just generally felt understaffed - our experience at the restaurants was generally good with the exception of having to always wait a lot of the food and once being completely forgotten about when we asked for a high chair thrice from 2 different staff.

Only had a couple of choices but they were really fresh made and flavorful, most important, they had smoothies which we all love and what’s crave during a vacation, oh, and they had a really nice menu with healthy food, eggs salads, grains, proteins etc

The green smoothie tasted more like milk and did not have much flavor. I was also served only have of it, not sure if that’s their regular portions or just was just a mistake since the other berry smoothies were filled to the ri

Our family had the most beautiful stay at Suncadia Resort! The room was absolutely stunning, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We explored the trails, enjoyed time by the river, and even roasted marshmallows. We swam in both the outdoor and indoor pools, relaxed in the hot tub, and loved how beautiful the bathrooms were. The service was warm and friendly, and we had great meals at the restaurants along with delicious coffee. We enjoyed it so much that we're seriously considering purchasing a home here in the near future. We can't wait to return soon!

It was a nice mini get away for our family. Parents got to relax and kids got to play in the pool. The water slides were a nice surprise and we feel like that’s where we got our money’s worth, especially since it rained 2 out of our 3 days. The Inn was nice and quiet. The restaurant was great. Loved happy hour! Wished they were open past 9pm!! Everyone was very kind and super friendly, especially Zane at Nelson Farm. We loved all the trails and parks too.

By chance, we feel lucky to have booked a room at The Inn as we didn’t realize The Lodge was under construction. While the rooms at The Inn were nice and spacious, two full size beds were kind of small for two adults, one teen and an almost tween. The beds were also not very comfortable. The mattresses were saggy and not the quality we expected at a nice resort with resort prices. It was disappointing to miss out on other amenities at The Lodge due to the renovations—restaurant, coffee shop, etc. The kids were looking forward to the “game room,” but decided they were too old for the bouncies. And while there were other options available, we felt like it was overpriced and not worth it so we went swimming instead. Ping pong tables, board games and cornhole should be free in our opinion.

The location was very good. Accomodations were very good. Condo was clean.

Unable to access the pool at Nelson Farm. Non members of suncadia could have the option for an additional fee to use that facility along with the fitness pool area. Some rentals at the lodge do not even have access to the fitness center.

I loved the fact that there was so much to do and so much nature right there. We saw deer in the morning. The views were spectacular. And it’s all relatively close to Seattle. My only regret is that we plan for a longer stay.

1- The coffee line was super long. There could be another stand. 2- There were no towels at the pool! This was terrible and I missed my last swim because I had to run and borrow towels from the lodge and then run them back over to the lodge (I let my husband and children swim while I tried to figure out the towel situation). But overall we had a great stay. My husband doesn’t like to pay for “resorts” but he admitted that this was pretty amazing.

Walking distance to the lodge. Great rooms, beds and bunks for the kids.

The condo itself lacked enough bowls. Need more bowls for cereal and snacks. Definitely needs a way better coffee pot. We brought delicious ground coffee, but the coffee maker was terrible. We do not like Keurig

The place is so clean, the Staff are so good, the pools great and it’s so so beautiful, we truly enjoyed everything.

The bathroom doors not having privacy. But all in all , it worked out for us.

We were there at a very popular holiday, the hotel was full but still did not feel crowded. It had plenty of options of entertainment for the whole family.

The room was not spot clean, specially the kitchen. There were some kitchenware that needed to be washed before use and the floor was dirty, I spilled something on the floor and the paper towel I used to dry it came out filthy.

I really liked that the suite had a fully stocked kitchen with a stove a big fridge and dish washer. We also had a washer and dryer. The bed was comfortable and was great for a family of 4 with little kids. We loved the pools very nice and you can take a free shuttle from the hotel.

Maybe the price is a bit high but very clean facilities and room. The restaurant options aren’t that many and way over priced.
