Quiet, mostly. The trains that come through woke us up a few times during our stay, but not a deal breaker. Comfortable bed, good central location in town. Jacuzzi tub was clean and big. Everything worked in the room. Good value, friendly staff.

Needs more pillow options, as they were smaller, soft, but not very firm. (We brought, and typically bring our own pillows). Train noise, if you’re a light sleeper. The tile around the outside of the jacuzzi tub in our room had some apparent darker mildew and a slight odor. Small bathroom with vanity area, sink, toilet, no shower, as the jacuzzi tub is also your shower/bath (has the shower head, nozzle option inside the jacuzzi tub, which is wide open, no shower curtain, and the tub is wider based to step into).

Hotel was clean and nice... free breakfast in the morning. Got the 2 queens room with the spa tub.... totally worth the $10 extra!!!! We only stayed one night as a stopover on our way home, but there were several restaurants and a brewery super close, so that was great.

There were no elevators, at least that we could find and none were pointed out to us.... and no obvious ice machine either. If the hotel has such amenities, we were not made aware. Also, be aware that there's a train track behind the hotel, so if it goes by in the morning..... it's GONNA wake you up. Beware if you're a light sleeper.

The room was clean and staff very understanding. Fixed a booking issue promptly. Location close to everything in Cle Elum. It was quiet and very comfortable!

I did not eat the cereal and self make waffjes. The breakfast is really limited ...but for a basic hotel which is how this hotel is and advertised as such, I dont think there's reason to complain.. I liked the brrakfast restaurant right across the street. And pioneer coffee is incredible! 5 min away.

Hotel was very beautiful. Excellent value just outside of downtown. Excellent choice if you're traveling from eastern to western Washington and need a place to stay. Had an issue with the AC unit, and within 20 seconds of calling the front desk, the gentleman came and fixed it. would definitely recommend.

The staff was absolutely wonderful. Kind, accommodating, and attentive.

Bathrooms have not been updated in a while. BUT, they were kept clean and served their purpose for a shower, brushing of teeth, etc...

Convenient, easily located. Breakfast was quite good. Surroundings breathtaking. Adjustable digital thermostat on wall made temperature adjustment easy.

The parking lot is narrow, meaning that when it is crowded, it is a little difficult to turn into spaces. Be careful if you have a long wheelbase!

The staff were very friendly. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast smelled good, but we didn't have time to stay.

Parking lot was short. We arrived in a full size Dodge pickup and had to use neighboring driveway to get out of hotel parking space.

The place is well located for further visit in the surroundings. The restaurant on the other side of the road is also an advantage. The hotel is appropriate for a one-night stay.

The prise is quite high and with a high variability compared to the colleagues who stayed with me at the same hotel for the same night.

This place was perfect - the staff were friendly, the room was comfortable and clean. There was a group of students staying there but we never heard anything from there. I would stay again and recommend.

Came over for a family wedding. Checked in late and was exhausted when I got there. The man at the front desk was very friendly and had all of my paperwork ready for me. Made the process quick and got me out the door in minutes.
