Room was good location and easy to find, guest services was nice and bed was comfy. Shower heat & pressure was fantastic

Rooms had a slight musty smell and were really cold at first. We had no wash clothes, & we wished the line/area to get the breakfast was easier to navigate took a long tim, very crowded and lots of items not there l, but really those are minor issues . Oh and the toilet was shockingly loud and long though, woke each other up & probably the guests next to us! Scared us every time lol

Angela, from the front desk staff, went above and beyond twice for us. One of our room keys didn't work and my husband was at the pool with the other one. Since two NEW kays needed to be made, she walked with me to the pool and waited while I exchanged the key with him and then took the previous key back to the front desk. Our 2nd excellent customer service event was when I asked about check-out time. We came to Ellensburg for the baptism of our infant grandchild. We wanted to change back into casual clothes before making the 5+ hour trip home. I was concerned we could not get back by 11. She gave us a later checkout. It turned out we were able to check out on time. The staff was excellent. Breakfast was excellent.

My husband said the pool was really chilly. He is used to being in a pool every day for exercise and stretching.

The GM was very friendly and resolved an issue we had quickly and kindly.

Reservation from booking.com was not found. Had to make a second reservation and the beds in the room were not made as well as the TV did not work. The staff at the time did not seem to be able to fix the issue however speaking to the GM she was able to resolve the issue quickly.

The breakfast items were well stocked, plenty of food and a good variety.Bisquits and gravy were a big hit.Really enjoyed the seating in breakfast room, very comfortable

Serve later than. 9:00 a.m. Didn't like having to rush to get something to eat after just getting up.

Room was good for price. Non smoking. Quiet. Staff very personable.

I was disappointed the breakfast pool and fitness center were not available. They were marketed on web site. But I know there had been some nice remodeling. Windows in room let in lots of cold air.

I love the the hotel is in a perfect spot this is our second time staying here!

what I didn’t like was that everything looked like it was falling apart! the side of the wall rug came off, my husband barely touched it and it all came off it was staples on. all the walls look like they were coming apart lol! I should of took pictures.

What I didn't like was the restaurant not being up and running, that alone was the top attraction to this motel through the years sad 😞

The swimming pool was not functional

location. although it was 45 minutes to the gorge it was an easy and pretty drive. I like that they had staff on duty 24 hours

breakfast wasn't the best and the bed was too a little soft but it certainly wouldn't stop mr from booking a room here again in the future

I liked that the room was clean. The room was cozy and had everything you could need. The pillows were really comfortable! I liked how nicely the curtains blocked out light.

I know they are undergoing construction so I’m sure these will get fixed. The bathroom was outdated and though it was clean, the oldness of it made it feel dirty. The walls are very thin.

Manager was very friendly and helpful to tell us about all the amenities. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Pool was clean and good temperature. Breakfast was great in the morning. Definitely would recommend or stay again. Price was definitely great.
