Hotel was actually pretty quiet even though it was near the freeway, liked the pretty outdoor setting (near the field and pond), REALLY liked how clean everything was kept, liked the little extras too (pitcher with infused water, coupons for local pizza delivery).

Couldn't figure out how to work the tv to just get regular television programs. Ended up just watching stuff on our phones. Also, looked like the bathroom was half modernized with the bathtub looking on the older side and the toilet noticably small and older. But both were very clean!

We were exhausted and needed a place to sleep while traveling. No hotels in the area are truck/trailer friendly. This one, however, was. Its not directly in their lot, but next to it. Easily parked the dually and 40 foot trailer. There was even a Dutch Brothers coffee that I walked over to in the morning. I will choose this hotel again if we need to stay in the area.

No complaints.

breakfast was eggs, sausage links with options on bagels toast or make your own waffles. they had a selection of yogurt options for hard boiled eggs coffee and an assortment of juices. The staff did a great job of keeping everything fully stocked.

I wish there was a black out curtain on the window. We couldn't check in the night before until about 2 am and the sun shined through the sheer blinds early and woke us up.

It was comfortable, clean, we had an upstairs room. The complimentary breakfast was great. Lots of choices. We liked the eggs sausage and country fried potatoes the best.

The general manger was the most helpful lady I’ve meet. She definitely went above and beyond to make are stay greaT . The location is nice and quite as well one of the better hotels I’ve stayed . The suite is very nice to

We have stayed at this motel many times. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and professional. The breakfast had a good variety of food. There is a pool, but we did not use it. Easy freeway access.

The parking was a little tight.

The staff here is amazing There was trouble finding my booking and the front desk staff was able to get it sorted quickly. Very convenient and comfortable room.

The Comfort Inn worked out really well for our two night stay in Ellensburg. Helpful staff, comfy King bed, a clean room with everything we needed, and a convenient location with a good Thai restaurant across the street. We would book this place again!

We could clearly hear all conversations from the room next door.

Front desk reception was great

I didn't like the fact that the toilet was plugged and water spilled and when we called to have it cleaned my husband was handed a toilet plunger with no gloves and was expected to do the work. He was very upset .
