Loved the affordability, cleanliness, and the staff was incredibly accommodating. We knew we were going to be there after the front desk closed, but they just said call this number and then they met us right away…even late at night. The staff were honest and it made for a welcome stay when we needed a place for an emergency overnight. Will stay here again! Also, there’s a Safeway and two different espresso stands across the street. Major bonus points for being in a convenient location!

No frills, so I wouldn’t feel comfortable more than 1 or 2 nights. But it was great that the other clientele also seemed reputable for a low budget motel.

Breakfast was standard; a mix of hot and cold options, coffee and tea in a comfortable lodge feeling area. Room was spacious with mountain views.

The hot water was mostly luke warm and not hot; which was disappointing since it was below 20 degrees while I was staying there and adventuring. I asked the front desk about it but they said it was just how it was.

Room was simple, spacious and immaculate. Bed was very comfortable, plus lots of towels. Provided us a quiet room at rear of site, as requested in reservation. Breakfast was generous and good.

Had to ask for a second blanket, which come fall in mountains we needed. Bare floor was clean but cold. Check-in was a bit slow. Yogurt would be a welcome addition to breakfast offerings.

Comfortable and clean, road noise wasn't a bother even through the lodge is near an intersection. The heater/fan in my second floor room offered enough white noise that I didn't hear any of the other lodge residents coming or going in the morning. Lots of towels, good pillows, comfortable bed. It was fine for a one night stop.

We were happy with our room far back from road noise. Motel location was good for our purposes, which was local travel by car. It's a little outside the downtown strolling and eating and shopping area. Spacious room with a couple of nice chairs. Bed comfy. Breakfast was OK, with bagels and cereal. We do not care for biscuits and gravy so we skipped that.

We did hear some late-night TV through the wall adjoining the head of our bed. Not too loud, but it disturbed our sleep a bit. The coffee at breakfast was very weak and poor. So we went to Pioneer Coffee downtown for good coffee.

Nice,, clean, updated rooms. Very friendly staff! Great location. Good breakfast. Was honestly wondeting what we would get for the price and we were pleasantly surprised. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to others!

If I had to say something negative, I'd say the outside could use painting.

Loved it all- from an outside glance it’s an older and more rustic appearing property but inside everything is very clean and cozy.

The bedroom and bathroom were spacious & modern. If you like mirrors, there were 4 in the rooms.

Breakfast could've been better. No eggs or yogurt. The syrup were in small containers and were too thick and didn't have good viscosity. Did have sausage links, biscuits and gravy, and a waffle iron.

The room was clean and comfortable bed/pillows. The guy at check in/out was pleasant. I like the location near the freeway and the breakfast option in the morning.

For added security, can there be a "flip lock" or additional deadbolt type used for the room door? Currently, there is a flimsy chain lock.

The room was large, comfortable, and very clean. It was equipped with everything needed though another bar of soap would have been nice. The breakfast was excellent and available early.

The only drawback was trucks outside warming up by 5:30 as some people left early.
