Breakfast was excellent, appreciated all the choices. Staff was great, especially at the front desk and dinning area, very friendly and helpful. Room was lovely, pillows and bed terrific…will definitely stay there again.

Elevator was cold, don’t know why. New TV service had a ton of stations to chose from, but only the current live program was available.

Great staff who warmly accommodated our need to check in very early due to a concert we were attending. Also clean rooms, comfortable beds and super quiet on the 3rd floor.

The pillows were too squishy and soft. Couldn’t find a firm enough one. The window shades don’t really black out the early morning sun (especially on the east side of the building) because the light shines in around the sides of the shade.

It was located near the freeway which was great. They did recommend a local place to eat and it was very good “The Porch”. The room was clean.

The price for a weekday could be better. Personally it could be abt $40 cheaper would be reasonable for a weekday stay. The breakfast that is served was disappointing. The eggs and bacon were so paper thin and watery you could see thru them. The rest of the breakfast options were good. The bed was not very comfortable at least for my husband and I. We both woke with stiff / sore backs.

The staff was very friendly and prompt with fulling needs, facilities were clean and in excellent condition, rooms were well cleaned and stocked with all the proper essentials.

My only complaint is about the uncomfortableness of the pillows and mattress. I know this is a personal preference but for me it made for restless sleep.

We stayed at the same time as a college baseball team. When we arrived at breakfast, the team had eaten everything. The staff was preparing more, however, we did have to wait awhile. I would just suggest, when a large party such as a team of hungry college athletes is staying, try and schedule more people or start preparing more food earlier rather than later. Also, maybe open a meeting room for additional seating. We stood for 20 minutes waiting for the food to come out and then had to eat while standing since there were so many people in the dining area. This is just a planning/logistics suggestion. The staff was amazing and the food was great once we got it!!

Breakfast was good with a decent variety. Facility was clean and inviting. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. When staying in Ellensburg I would recommend this place. Easy access to the interstate.

There aren't a lot of restaurants with in walking distance. Other than that I can't think of anything about the place I didn't like.

Breakfast was good. Dorothy was super friendly. Maybe you could use a bit more of a patio area on the side opposite of the freeway? We did use the patio by the entrance and enjoyed the sunny morning with our coffee. It’s early though, the grounds surely look prettier in May!

It’s my first time traveling across the country with my cat and the staff in this property made my stay very easy. They are very helpful and nice and they gave us a goodie bag with cat treats.

Everything about the premises & staff was wonderful

The location is sad and dreary in winter & removed from town. It's also tricky to access. Amidst fast food, & dealerships.

Courteous staff, Cleanliness of property , Good Breakfast, Wide selection of after hours microwaveable food, hard/soft drinks and ice cream/desserts. Will stay again if need be. I highly recommend this affordable Hotel which is Only an hour away from Leavenworth.
