Excellent location, close to Safeway, gas station. Staff is friendly and helpful. Hot breakfast was very good, there were links, potatoes, kids enjoyed the variety of cereals. Room had a love couch and a mini fridge, and shower was good.

It would've been nice if the room had a table with more chairs so we could eat at more comfortably. We hung the sign on our room door asking for cleaning services, but our room wasn't cleaned, so we had to take all the trash out ourselves, request for clean towels and toilet paper. The drain of the sink was clogged up, so the water would take a while to drain.

Breakfast was superior to other hotel free breakfasts. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Maid service was excellent. Good shower and bathroom amenities. Excellent WiFi and A/C. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful.

We were surprised that there were no dressers or drawers for clothing. The only drawers in the room were in the night stands on either side of the bed, one small drawer per nightstand. In lieu of drawers, there was a large flat surface, a suitcase stand, a sofa and a small table to put our suitcases and clothes on. We made do, living out of our suitcases.

The staff was very helpful. The room was adequate with a nice seating area, good wifi and TV. The hotel is located across the street from a Safeway grocery store and three different coffee shops. The laundry machines were free to use.

There is no elevator and no rooms were available on the first floor. You must carry your luggage up the stairs. The breakfast room is very small and food options were a bit limited with no fresh fruit other than apples.

The breakfast was the only that that was not quite what I expected. There was a waffle maker and syrup but no waffles and the muffins, biscuits, etc were a little bland and dry. It was definitely fine though and worked for us, just felt like it was lacking a little!

Breakfast could improve a little. Pool was great and so fun but the ceiling had some holes and moisture was dripping from it.

Loved the location, across from grocery store and a few restaurants and coffee shops. Pool and hot tub were a bonus open until 11. Nice rooms with kitchen as partition for privacy between sofa bed and regular bed.

Could have used a few more small garbage cans one for kitchen, bath and toilet/ shower room. Only provide one tiny can and pillows were stiff but manageable.

During the night my grandson was sick and vomiting, the night desk gentleman was very helpful in supplying us with cleaning products and an extra blanket.

My daughter and I sat on a bench for an hour waiting for a family to exit the hot tub, most of that time they only had their feet in.

The room was nice and large. I appreciated the bottled water. It was very comfortable.

My daughter has MS. We did not know there was not an elevator. There were no rooms available on the 1st floor. If it is not stated on the website no elevator, please do. Also ate at 9:15. No bisquits for the bisquits and gravy (gravy was barely warm). Got the last two waffles. Please get a waffle maker. It would be much better. If breakfast is served until 10:00, it should be fully stocked until 10:00. I think I paid enough as $182.00 for a decent breakfast. I did appreciate the rest of the items for breakfast.

Centrally located near grocery store and places to eat. Easily accessible from Roslyn and Suncadia. Free breakfast was much better than standard free breakfasts.

Minor - TV in workout room didn't work and jets in hot tub didn't have much pressure. Would be helpful to have USB Chargers near beds and desk.

The breakfast had nice variety of fresh fruit and juice selection was good. Room was clean, felt comfortable.

Breakfast continued. Eggs were not so great, were they made from powdered eggs? Sausage needed to be cooked longer or at least browned. Some potatoes would be nice. My husband and I are both handicapped (old) and did not realize there wasn't an elevator. There were no rooms available on 1st floor so we had to use the stairs. We managed to get to our room but it was difficult for is. Wah,wah!

Shower took more than 20 minutes to get luke warm only... Had manage check ans she said it was just the cold weather. The night before it was hot. Could not take a shower in the morning because no hot water. Cold showers are awful
