Breakfast had great variety overall, and in most regards we have no complaints about the food. Staff were easy to find, quick to provide information, and helpful. Our room had all of the accommodations we expected.

The only areas for improvement were: I wished there was a greater selection of herbal teas, and we both didn't eat our potatoes because they were still underdone.

The location. Close to highway, downtown, food. The staff are super nice.

The pillows were so soft that they basically became useless,When you put any kind of weight on them, they just went flat. The bed frame is so squeaky. Even rolling over wakes you up from it. Don't even think about trying any extracurricular activities on it.

Breakfast was hot and ready on time! Staff was super friendly. I was driving home a pet I inherited from a family member who passed away. I was concerned about the dog in the hotel. It was so quiet he did not bark, the dog area was right outside and the staff was exceptional.

Back step was icy and a bit inconvenient for getting luggage inside.

Having flown into SeaTac late afternoon we just wanted somewhere to stay away from Seattle at the start of a three week road trip. Friendly and helpful reception staff, good sized room and a convenince store across the car park. Had a comfortable and peaceful night's sleep and a really helpful staff member guiding us through breakfast

Couldn't criticise anything.

Free parking, Wi-Fi and great breakfast. So clean! The entire place was spotless! Close to the freeway for easy access, and seven minute drive to Central Washington University, which was our purpose for the visit.

The sheets seem to be all polyester, and sleep hot.

On our way from Montana to the Olympic Peninsula, we decided to take a reprieve from the road. This hotel was the perfect stop. Easy access on and off the Interstate, and close to several cafes and coffee! The hotel itself is impeccably clean, quiet and the staff was friendly. We will definitely make this a routine stop on our trips west!

Check in was fast and informative. Very friendly staff. Rooms were clean and well stocked. Great pillows and beds. I would definitely stay there again!

If I had to search for something I’d say the following - Housekeeping woke us up pretty early @ 9:15am though check out was 11. The eggs had an odd flavor and texture @ breakfast.

We stayed here after a concert at the gorge. Arrived late at night- check in process was easy and prompt. Black out shades in the rooms were a huge bonus- easy to get much needed sleep. Room amenities were as described. Breakfast was excellent and staff very friendly. Overall, very impressed.

The price was affordable and offered military discount. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Would give star rate of 3.9

The breakfast area was awkward to get around. Went to breakfast around 8:45, nothing restocked, no microwave to warm up oatmeal. Employee was just sitting in side room on their phone.

Conveniently located Front desk staff, Naomi, was friendly, informative and welcoming. She provided excellent information on where we could have our car serviced.

At breakfast there was no milk or butter until the supply truck arrived. We had to unplug the fridge because the motor would make a loud noise like an alarm clock, for a few minutes every hour.
