I went to Ellensburg for surgery and knew I'd be feeling like garbage after so I asked the hotel staff if I could either get a wheelchair if they had one to get from the car to my room or get a first floor room so I wouldn't need to walk too far. They gave me a first floor room near an exterior door right to the parking lot, so I was able to hop out of the car and walk a very short distance inside and to my room, which was exactly what I needed. The room was tucked into a quiet area as well and the window was able to be opened which was great because my husband and I are always too hot. I was able to rest quietly all day for the days I was there and my husband could take advantage of the facilities and still be close enough to me to come if I needed anything or help me into the bathroom.

If I had to pick anything negative I'd say the bathroom flooring was looking a little old and stained in the grout lines, nothing terrible, and the tub was still clean so that's what counts since you're not gonna be spending time sleeping on the floor or the bathroom or anything lol

Staff was exceptionally professional and helpful. Breakfast was good. We both really enjoyed the metal and canvas art displayed on the walls throughout the hotel. Hotel had a great clean fresh feeling to it. There was No obnoxious Chemical cleaning smells, we appreciated that.

Well for some reason there was a couple that brought their dog into the eating area and was allowing it to sit on the chair while they ate. …and this was not a service dog, it had no markings as one and it was a small fury dog. We know what a service dog is since we have family members that use them.

The staff was friendly and helpful when I had questions, such as using the dining area for dinner with family who live in town. Appreciated the ability to request for earlier check in and late check out!

Our hotel room's bathroom was dirty and dated, compared to the rest of the room and property. The floor didn't feel clean nor did the floor of the bathtub/shower. I would recommend a major refresh of the hotel room bathrooms!

It’s close to the college campus, there are several restaurants, coffee shops and gas stations very close by. The room has everything you need

The room we were given was directly adjoining the gym on the 2nd floor, and we could hear every step on the treadmill as well as the conversations through the venting. The bed literally shook whenever someone was on the treadmill. Not a fun way to wake up at 5:30am

Great offerings. The only thing I've liked more at other "breakfasts" at hotels is a pot of premade oatmeal. Not a big deal though.

The pricing was very high due to the gorge amphitheater nearby having a concert festival. I'd checked the prices per night on an off weekend where there wasn't a concert and it was approx $100 less. I understand the reason for the bump up but . . .

The staff was great. The breakfast area was very spacious. The reception staff apologized about the location of our room (right next to the elevator).

We were disappointed that that there wasn’t better programming offered on tv. No Netflix or tv guide. And the hotel was very cold inside the lobby and hallways!

Check in and check out were quick and easy! Friendly staff. Clean rooms! We really loved the breakfast as welll! They breakfast helper was wonderful!

The only thing was the air conditioner had a terrible motor which you would hear constantly all night.

Well maintained property, everyone was very nice. The front desk helped me with printing a document when the printer in the business center was out of toner.

Drapes don't overlap when they close, letting a slice of bright sunlight in. We stayed right around the time of the summer solstice, so the sun was up shortly after 5am. I didn't necessarily want to be. Also, there are train tracks nearby and a couple of trains went by during the night, blowing their horns.

Everything was wonderful. From the moment we arrived the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and comfortable. 24 hour pool for adults was great and the complimentary breakfast was excellent.
