Staff was very friendly, room was clean and nice size (2 queen beds). It is an older hotel, but they maintain it well and has given it a face lift. (New tub/shower surrounds, new flooring, etc). Reasonable price for the accommodations. I liked having a Tesla charging station in the parking lot, which was very convenient. And Wendy's right next door for the late night Frosty. :) There is a large field next door to let the dogs run (tho...I am sure it's not meant to be used for that. Be sure to pickup after your pup!)

Booking.com did not inform me of the Pet pricing. (It stated there was a refundable pet deposit) However, at check in, we were informed that it is $20 per dog per night. (still a reasonable price compared to some other hotels in the area). The clerk explained that their personal website states the pricing, but many third party agencies (booking.com, etc) are not always accurate. Just wanted to mention this so others are aware...

Very clean and quiet. Good location far enough off of the freeway so you did not hear any freeway noise but easy to find. Also had an EV charging station right next to the hotel in the parking lot.

The breakfast could have been better, tiny yogurt cups and not much else that was healthy, some whole wheat bread rather than just bagels and muffins would have been nice,

Location, staff, breakfast. Isiah was amazing in the breakfast room. He made our waffles & brought them to our table. He kept everything replenished & made sure the room was clean & tidy. Our room was spotless & the bed was comfortable. Checking was efficient & the staff member was friendly. There was lots of room in the parking lot for our truck & cargo trailer.

I didn’t like other guests slamming their room doors at 6:00 am. I expect they were leaving for work. Obviously, this isn’t something the hotel can control unless it installs soft close doors.

Everything just as advertised - right price, good location, decent breakfast, easy parking, quiet in halls. Appreciated the assorted pillows of various firmness. Very easy on-line registration process and check-in. Saw a family and a group of young women enjoying the pool and Jacuzzi just off the lobby - large windows for safety, too.

The room was OVER-PERFUMED with air freshener!!!!!!! Air conditioner was noisy - also bathroom exhaust fan - but eventually reduced the highly FLORAL scent. Perhaps you could offer a no- or low-scent room.

The lady at the front desk was very accommodating and kind. Understanding of my disability, and looking to do anything she could to make it easier on me. That was much appreciated. The room was pretty clean. It was quiet.

A little disappointed in the breakfast options. I understand with the price of eggs right now. However I missed having them and other options such as sausage or bacon. Although the biscuits and gravy were tasty.

The staff here are amazing. Check in was easy and the person managing the breakfast area was on the ball, being super helpful. This was a last minute booking for us, though it ended up being one of our favorite places to stay. Really liked Ellensburg as a whole, and this hotel had numerous fast food options within a few steps. Pool was nice and clean, refreshing after a long day of driving and at the end of our vacation.

This place was exactly what we needed as a stop on our way home. Top marks.

The room was a nice size and comfortable for my grandson and myself. Breakfast was kinda small as there were severals baseball teams staying there with lots of extra kids and ran out of waffle batter before 8am. The facilities were clean and the staff friendly. Would stay again

I had read some concerning reviews online, so I was pleasantly surprised to find this hotel to be clean and safe with friendly, helpful staff, a comfortable bed, and very quiet! Plus, good water pressure in the shower, which I always value. Housekeeping was great.

The hotel is a little worn, but nothing terrible. Things seemed clean. We didn't have the breakfast, but it looked a little better than I would have expected. Ellensburg lodging always seems a little expensive, but this place was pretty good and I felt okay about the price.

Hot tub was great. Pool was a bit cold but nice to alternate between. Guest service was wonderful.

That the room was half underground… I didn’t feel totally safe at how much people can see in to our room if we had our window open. The ceiling lights were like 5000 kelvin so they were awful to use but it was either that or having the window open during the day. The task lighting was good though - 3000 kelvin.

Room was nice, not enough outlets to charge phones and computers. Found a previous guest belongings but otherwise not bad, comfortable, great location, breakfast was great. Friendly staff and also pleased that there was veterans parking!

More outlets please!
