The facility is very nice. They have swimming pool and a small gym. Their room is decent size. The heater/AC works fine, but has some noise. The shower has enough hot water. Toilet flushes well, not clog. Breakfast was simple but enough.

Hair was found on bed and towels. Bed sheet doesn't look like was cleaned. Staff cleaned the breakfast room while there were still some guests eating there. The bathroom floor is very slippery after the shower even though they put some stripes on the floor, it was not enough to prevent from falling down.

For continental it was not bad - it had a nice verity of things to choose from - for hot food: make your waffles and sausage and instant roll oats One more blanket would have been nice to be able to have room a little cool but be warm in bed

I did not get any ice so do not know if you had a soda machine and/or snack machine Only two handicap parking spots; they should have handicap parking stalls for one car for each handicap room When we returned from our event, we had to park in a regular parking spot which is further away from the building

I enjoyed all that was offered. The room was very clean, the presentation of the room very organized and easy to find what I needed. The location of the vending machines, and the breakfast was all appreciated! Thank you very much!

The only thing that I found was the office chair was a little uncomfortable. I looked like it had been used well, but it was starting to show that it had been over used. It was not supportive to put your upper body back.

I booked with the expectation of a pool and spa off of Booking.com, which did not indicate that it was closed. I get to the hotel and there’s no pool or spa because it’s closed for renovation that would’ve been nice to know in advance because I would’ve booked the different hotel that had what I was looking for.

No pool or spa as expected from all of the websites. The price should have been discounted based on that even more because I could’ve called and booked through hotel cheaper Very disappointed in Booking.com

The staff, location, quiet area. Left a pillow and called two days later. Not only did the staff look for it immediately they texted me pictures to confirm.

Our room could have used some updating. The front desk did warn us about a rip that was in the carpet. Asked if we wanted moved to second floor as it was the last king on the bottom floor. The bathroom fan sounded like it was getting ready for blast off.

Pros: very comfortable twin queen beds. good lighting, quiet small refrigerator. Spacious, with a desk and office chair. Nice location outside of town. Quiet room (#103). Plenty of parking. Continental breakfast was better than expected: it included yogurt, fruit and oatmeal. Good coffee. Jennifer at the front desk was cheerful, friendly and efficient.

Cons: bathtub lacked anti-slip surface, and was slippery when I showered. Luckily there was a good handrail.

Location was good, breakfast was fair, a hot tub would have been great. Beds were nice.

Had to call attendant to get appliances power to work, all were off without power. Internet wifi service was out, although it worked next day. Phone was disconnected. Breakfast could have some eggs.

The cost, the location, and the convenience of a little breakfast and coffee to get our day going was all perfect. The best part of our stay was the amazing staff especially a young man named Brock. He was so friendly, gave great options to food and other things in town. Also showed his love in rocks as our family does. All out great stay. Highly recommend, and we will be back!

Clean, very comfortable, large room. Quiet location. Pool not large but perfect for kids. Adequate breakfast.

The door frame had some cracks and damage to the chain lock. There were marks on the frame and previous location of chain lock that suggested multiple break-in attempts. This was disconcerting, though the place was quiet. I don't understand why they would not have this repaired.

Someone had rearranged the television connection and I was not able to make it work. When I talked to the front desk, I was told that sometimes guest brought thier own equipment for games etc and that I could just rewire it. I enjoy a little television in the evening and it would be nice to not have to do a wiring job before I can.
