Clean and comfortable

When we checked in they told us breakfast was 7:30-10:00 we went down at 9 and all the food was gone we asked the kitchen staff if they will taking more food out he said no because breakfast is over at 9:30. I was not the only person told breakfast was over at 10 there was like 6-7 family told that and we had not breakfast.

Clean, crisp, comfortable and well appointed. Staff was wonderful and the location convenient.

Quality of construction was a bit lacking. Large gaps around the doors that let in large amount of light and noise. Very thin walls and ceilings allowing you to hear every noise from every direction.

Great gym. Great jacuzzi. Great room.

Breakfast was terrible. Gluten free options as advertised were not available, even when I asked a staff member directly. Apples were banged up. There were no eggs left at 8:15, and they weren’t refilled. Super disappointing meal.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the facilities were all clean, modern, and beautiful. We will book here every time we come to visit our son in the future!

My only complaint about the facilities, and it's an odd one, is that the room doors have too much of a gap and light streamed in from the hall all night. I was unable to get the room completely dark for sleep. But, we loved the lounge and wished that it stayed open later at night!

The staff was warm and welcoming as soon as we came through the door. The room was better than expected. Very clean and inviting. Fully stocked kitchenette for making whatever your heart desires. Some of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on.

The breakfast was great! Loved the egg bites & the sausage & everything was nice & hot. Also the restaurant for dinner was delicious & staff was friendly both times. Overall room was very clean & comfortable.

The TV in the room was so quiet we could not even hear it all the way at 100 on the television. We called the front desk but there wasnt any way to fix the tv. We had already unpacked stuff, so changing rooms wasnt a great option. That was disappointing.

The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, the room was so clean and modern! There was a full size fridge/freezer in the room and the shower head was taller than my partner who is 6'6! He was so happy to have that feature! Overall a great experience.

Absolutely nothing.

The room had a nice kitchenette with plates, glasses, dish soap, etc. Everything was very clean, throughout the hotel. Our beds were comfortable. The shower area was spacious. I liked being just off the main street because the location was quieter.

I would have liked a larger coffee maker in the room.

Very new, clean and modern hotel. Nice view on the mountains. Good breakfast.

Receptionist wasn’t very friendly at check in. Didn’t give us any information on extra services available, free wi fi and breakfast hours.
